After being ripped off like many others by PRG (pie retro gaming) I spoke to these guys who were a different league in customer service to them. They sent the console out the next day and was with me the day after. Its a great piece of kit and works a charm. Do yourself a favour, ignore the fake bad reviews and use this company. Brilliant.

Excellent product and great sellers here! 2 days delivery too.
I came to these guys after a bad experience with PRG. I bought an Elite and had various issues with it. After 5 days I emailed and said I would like to send it back and get a refund as according to them, returns are accepted in a set amount of time. I emailed and said that’s what I want to do and they began sending at first dismissive and blunt emails along the likes of ‘will respond when we are not too busy’ I followed up 3 days later as I wanted to return within enough time to be entitled to a refund and then started getting nasty emails saying that they don’t accept returns or refunds unless the product is broken and then proceeded to swear at me.
It was only when I threatened to get legal action involved for false advertising and deceiving customers that they finally processed the refund.
PRG seem to have a network of bullies from their Facebook group that harass people online. I’m a single mum with a young daughter and anxiety issues and the last thing i need is to get panic attacks from a company sending emails with foul language at me. Nobody deserves that! Please everyone, buy from this company and avoid PRG.

This company is a million times better than the crooks at retro Pi gaming. They are the real scammers. Lairs and they also get there circle of working class mobs to make up fake reviews on here - It’s a very unpleasant and deluded company run by morons. These guys don’t speak to you like your down your local weatherspoons - much more professional all round. Ignore the riff rafff comments on this page. Writen by a load of job seekers
