Disgusting customer service. Difficult to contact. No reply. No aftercare. BEWARE, DO NOT USE

What I got is not what I thought I was going to get. From the photos it is a jumper made of wool or cottonAnd very black in colour. But what I got was very grey and not very crisp In the image quality looks very cheap and tacky. Rather upset considering it took nearly a month the receive. Wouldn’t recommend to friends or family

The shirts I got were great just the service was poor.I ordered a WHITE ,and got Blue.I will keep the Blue one but will not shop again with you and would not recommend you to any one else.By the way the invoice said white the shirt was Blue .

To be honest I can only judge this in part.The goods ordered arrived in hood time. As all of these were bought as Christmas gifts to family, size and quality has yet to be realised. I think my score would have been higher at any other time. I trust you understand.

Very rude customer service when rang regarding my ordering being cancelled. Offered me the display item at the same price. After explaining that this was a Christmas present and I will not get it in time if I 're order once my refund has gone through.
He got all snotty with me over the phone. Will take my custom else where in future were stores care about there customers. Now have a disappointed partner who will not get his gift for Christmas so now will have to rush out once 're fund is back in my account.
