Have used Road and Rails for most of my DCC sound decoders and Richard is definitely my go to source for decoders, speakers and stay alives etc……. Very responsive and knowledgable and supportive even when being asked dumb rookie questions……. Have only had one of two very minor issues, which were been promptly addressed even when it has been my fault.
The recent teaching videos and the new decoder function library shows that Richard is continually looking for new ways to further support his customers.

Richard has got a lot of experience when it comes to dcc sound decoders. He has done one dcc sound loco for me and sorted another one in the past I will be using him again in due time for the rest of my model locos. 5 * service and very knowledgeable.

Richard has fitted sound, DCC decoders and stay alives to many of my DC locos and does a sterling job. He endeavours to achieve the best sound possible fitting the most appropriate speaker and sound files. He did a particularly fabulous job fitting decoder, sound and stay alives to the powered and dummy car of an HST set I got recently. I have found him to be very fair and honest in his dealings.
