Weather station faulty after one year
Purchased a Youshiko Weather Station in January 2025. Outdoor sensor became faulty February 2026. Contacted Youshiko, who replied very promptly and agreed that it was faulty, but as it was out of warranty I would have to buy a new sensor or get it repaired. After paying £100 I expect this product to last more than a year. Unhappy that there was no offer of help as it was only a couple of weeks out of warranty!

A few weeks ago I bought an interior/exterior thermometer but although the exterior sensor linked to the monitor when in the house, it would not work when placed outside. Despite prompt email help from Youshiko, it would not work. They then replaced the exterior sensor very promptly and it has functioned well since then, Full marks.
Very poor quality goods
Bought two Youshiko clocks and both are defective. The analogue radio controlled clock has three hands and none of them line up with the dial. It the 12 o'clock mark, all three hands point in slightly different directions. The radio controlled alarm clock is digital but the screen is extremely faded and weak unless you view it from significantly above or below. This means when on your bedside table and you look at it from your bed, it's difficult to make out the time. Very poor quality. No quality control. Avoid

Had a fault with a new Youshiko weather station that was puzzling me.
Youshiko Customer Service were quick in responding to my email today which gave me a very concise breakdown of instructions to rectify the issue. Problem solved. Great response from Customer Service.
Great customer service
I had a problem with the exterior sensor for my clock weather station. I contacted Youshiko via their website and they were extremely helpful in trying to find a solution remotely. When all avenues were exhausted I was asked to return the sensor for examination. Today I got a brand new sensor which is working perfectly well. Great customer service, Thank you.
My Youshiko YC9385 Professional Weather…
My Youshiko YC9385 Professional Weather System worked well for a couple of years and then the outdoor temperature sensor failed. Youshiko do not supply replacement parts for this device and so the whole system will have to be replaced. I discovered several other people have had the same problem. I will not buy a replacement from the same supplier.

Had a senior moment trying to understand the method for connecting our weather station to our wifi.
Emailed customer services and had a prompt response and then a phone call to talk us through the procedure, with very clear instuctions.

Weather station
Bought a weather station just before Christmas and great service from customer services when the outside sensor would not sync to the base station.
Gave advice firstly by email on how to re-boot sensor and base but then when that didn't work dispatched a replacement sensor the next day, first class. Sadly Christmas post delayed arrival of sensor but once I received it and followed set up procedure it worked straight away. Very pleased with weather station.
Digital radio controlled wall clock
I purchased a Radio controlled, digital Wall clock that worked well for around 18 months. The display went blank and after contacting Youshiko I tried 3 sets of new batteries but the clock still failed to work. I then put a review here detailing what happened and Youshiko contacted me saying that if I deleted my negative review they would send me a replacement clock as a gesture of good will. I just wanted a clock that works so I agreed. I deleted my review but Youshiko failed to send me the replacement clock they had promised.

I experienced an apparent failure of my outside temperature sensor. I emailed customer services, you sent me a detailed reboot procedure which worked straight away and avoided buying a replacement unit. This was all dealt with within a few hours. Great service, thank you.

Excellent response from customer services
Just purchased myself two extra sensors for my weather station, when i first got them they would not sync to the base station so I emailed their support team. I ended up figuring it out that I also needed to reboot the base station so everything is working. I got a timly reply back from customer support offering to call to help to which I've replied that I managed to figure it out.
Very quick service from the team so can recommend to others if you purchase their products.
YC9466 pro weather…
I purchased a YC9466 pro weather station purchased in June 24 and the outside temperature and humidity sensor has failed , customer service was helpful in giving advice how to check and reset , but clearly there was a fault and no offer of a replacement or discount of a replacement sensor just a link to buy another one , feel very let down and wouldn’t buy or recommend purchasing a youshinko product

I electronics engineer and I love my high tech gadgets, therefore I have a good idea of what can be achieved. Their products are great and deliver brilliant customer service & responsive also. I have 3 of their clocks & weather station !!
I purchased a Youshiko Radio Controlled clock via Amazon about 2 years ago. The Radio receiver stopped working and I reached out to Youshiko directly who stated that the warranty was 1 year.
They directed me to remove & replace the batteries and that should be it. The simple fix worked.
This shows that their products are well made and last. Also their customer service is brilliant, Thanks again.

Bought a weather station back in April. Reported a problem by email (sender unit malfunction) instant communication, item returned for analysis, replacement unit received virtually by return. Sadly a rare quality in the current world !!!!

Emailed customer services and had a very quick response given advice on how to reset it etc . Unfortunately this didn’t work so following further emails was asked to send the sensor back. I received a new replacement within the week and all working fine . Great service.
Super Quick Response
I emailed Youshiko with a question and a representative called me within five minutes. He then took me step by step through the process to solve the problem. Followed up by sending me a link to the manual.
A great company, a fantastic product, good value for money
i’ve just purchased this item from Amazon, Youshiko YC9441 (Official 2025 UK Version).
I have to say it is an absolutely excellent product, the display is superb, I’m quite old and my eyesight isn’t my best feature, but I can read the display from across the room. It’s quite easy to set up and very good value for money, they are nice people to deal with too, I wanted the instructions downloaded so I could increase the size of the print, I contacted them directly and they were very helpful

Excellent customer support when I changed my router and could not get my weather station to reconnect to WiFi. Very fast responses to my questions even at 9pm on a Friday evening! Issue resolved with clear instructions and suggestions.
