I can see reviews here are very mixed and not sure why. I haven't been asked to do a review but want to do one because I'm so pleased with my order. I ordered 21 items. Wayne phoned me following my initial enquiry about postage, then responded immediately to all my emails. I ordered on Monday and they arrived by DPD today (Friday) , exactly as I was told they would and I had full tracking information.

The items were well wrapped with bubble wrap and newspaper and in a very strong box. There was one broken item (a saucer) which I can't explain really since the teapot was fine and they are much harder to wrap. Wayne has said he will replace the saucer.

The prices were very reasonably and I had done a lot of online research before I found the company.

All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I am delighted with the quality of the plates supplied. I have placed several orders and the quality has been consistent.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Still waiting for my plates to arrive at around one month after I purchased them online. One initial email was responded to, however follow-up emails have not been answered. I hope tha I eventually receive my plates; not likely to buy anything from here again.

I was assured that the three Bone China Wedgwood plates were used but in good condition. I had to chase up my delivery, and when received, the plates were in a worse condition than those I have been using for the past 15 years! Some parts have lost their glaze, and there is heavy use in the centres - deep scratches. This is nearly £47 down the drain and I shall not want to use them. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed.

Great service. I ordered a replacement saucer for a china set and it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Having looked at various sites this one was the best value.

The two mugs I ordered arrived but one was badly smashed into several pieces. Despite contacting the company on numerous occasions over months, several excuses given and the mug has not been replaced or a refund offered. Very disappointed and would not use this company again.

only comment would be that it took quite a long time to get to us... .

Ordered a replacement plate on 25th Feb! Previously had several emails ignored! Phoned around 2 months ago was told one would be posted, once again have been patiently waiting! Still no plate!
I would not recommend this company at all .....

this comes up everytime i was saying you will be refunded for the missing plate but it wont let me reply to you by email so pleaseget your email sorted as it wont accept any replies from me at all

you can't use the email as an excuse as both myself an my husband have contacted you and given correct email address and my husband's phone number.
I deleted the email address in this post as you couldn't even get that correct.
Regardless of email address I am happy to continue to feed you review page each fortnight uintill we either have the plate posted to the residential address already provided on the on line order, or a complete refund.

I recently purchased from REPLACE YOUR PLATES several Lucerne dinner plates to make a complete set. I ordered online and was given a delivery date. Sure enough the plates arrived on the said time, both safe and securely packed and the plates looked as near to brand new as possible.The price l paid l would consider to be very competetive .Would buy from this seller again.

I still have NOT received my plates!!! I ordered them on June 12!!!

I found a replacement dinner plate on their site for a 1970's Meakin set that I still use. Fair price for the plate and delivery, arrived in about 3 working days, well packed. The plate is in good condition and I cannot identify it from the originals that I have. Recommend!
