Every time when we receive a visit, Andy is so professional and at the same time friendly, so we can trust him with all our problems. He always makes sure to ask all of the questions regarding pest and other stuff even though he finds the shop in good condition. We are very pleased with all of the services that hi provides.

We understand that it is an ongoing battle in the RSU, considering we are dealing with all the food waste from Tesco stores and DC and where we are situated with all the greenery around us. This must attract all rodents to our RSU. The Rentokil representative Andy Steel has bee really great in keeping our sightings to a minimal, with the amount that are caught inside and outside of the RSU. We work together trying to do everything we can including joint morning walks, checking all areas for any traces or Andy's passes. We complete all of Andy's housekeeping requirements and Andy assists in aiding our Hygiene Team in the RSU. Everything is positive in our dealings with Andy Steel as your Rentokil Representative on the RSU Site.

The response was prompt. Service and staff are amazing. The rat is still not trapped though.

Andy turned up and was great from start to finish. He made sure everyone was in a safe place before he started. He removed the nest and made sure that the area was completely free from wasps before he left. He did a great job.

Advanced Fly Trap Window Sticker - a total waste of time and money. I followed the instructions and put all four of the stickers on strategic windows 2 days ago. None of them have trapped a single fly. Save yourself £6 and find another solution. These are total garbage and they don't work. "Specially designed"?! I'd get some more designers if I was you

We employed Rentokil to be the pest control for our block based on the great reviews. We developed a a rat problem They were absolutely awful - ended up writing to their CEO to get them to raise their game. Laughably imcompetent - bait with no bait in it - armoured cement that lasted less than a week - going to the wrong drain to carry out a drain survey. They did not solve the problem - we had to get in another company who did They are now threatening legal action if we don’t pay the rest of the contract because we cancelled early. Definitely a company to avoid.

Dan Simpson did a great job, Came in dispite being on holiday to fix our issues. Handled it very professionally and quickly!
