We were very impressed with Will Fisher, the technician who arrived at the stated time. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable regarding our problem with wasps above our back door. Super impressed and would highly recommend him and the company.

Avoid signing anything with Rentokil until you have read the termination and auto-renewal terms very carefully. As a long-standing commercial customer and a BRC-certified site, our experience has been poor from start to finish.

Service concerns built up over a prolonged period. My team raised repeated issues — including matters linked to our BRC audits — and while they were usually acknowledged, the resolution was either delayed or simply didn't deliver. Out of nowhere, a technician came into my office announcing that effectively ALL of our bait boxes needed replacing. Going from "everything's fine" to "everything's wrong" tells you all you need to know about how consistently the site was actually being monitored.

That is the only reason we asked Rentokil for a quote — to establish what was genuinely required and whether my team's concerns were justified — while we also obtained comparison quotes elsewhere. It was due diligence, never a sign we were happy to continue. Rentokil have since tried to twist that quote request into "evidence" that we weren't leaving, which is disingenuous.

The handling of our exit was the final straw. Rentokil's own first reply confirmed "we have received a termination request…" and asked how they could retain our business. Yet the moment we appointed an alternative provider, the focus switched entirely to enforcing a 90-day notice technicality — auto-renewing our contract to July 2027 and locking us in for another full year against our wishes.

I would welcome someone with genuine authority — not another restatement of the terms and conditions — to contact me and resolve this properly.

Excellent service as always for our business/site. We have Rodent's around site and Danny has identified areas that require Trap's/Bate. These are working and are monitored weekly by Danny. Thanks for your hard work as always :)

Our resident technician Andy Steele is always punctual and approachable in all aspects, always willing to highlight potential issues and giving steer where required.

The Rentokil technicians are helpful and do a great job. A Rentokil residential contract is too expensive though. Rentokil should periodically offer discounts to long-established loyal residential customers. This would be preferable to the monthly cost of a contract becoming unaffordable.

We have had a number of visits from our technician, Chris Elson, for a pest issue. Chris is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable and has made our problem a priority. It helps that he was absolutely spot on about the drain issues, great advice and definitely has won bragging rights for this one 🤗

Andy is a great and supportive to our needs at the nursery. There is a quick response and carries out any immediate work to ensure that we are safe working environment.

Andy, the service engineer takes his time to explain everything to us. He is very polite & very informative. A credit to your company.

The officer who came to both properties was very nice. The telephone service is not so good. I was told by the officer that they were unable to visit on a day specified as a meeting had been arranged for that day so they told me they would call on another day and I should be informed by the company. I hadn't received a telephone call to say this appointment had been cancelled. I had to try several times to get through. I eventually got through and was informed the officer would be calling on the day that the meeting had been arranged. I informed the operator that this was incorrect and told them that the officer had re-arranged with myself for another day. The said they would put this done as the officer had told me but wouldn't guarantee that the officer would call. I informed them that was of no help to myself.
