Very good impression
Very good impression. The car was nearly new, so the trip to Cannes very comfortable. In September I need a truck with lift in the back again to Cannes.

A recent relocation to France
A recent relocation to France, we needed a utility van to move things to and from a storage unit. Our storage unit manager referred us to Rent and Drop, and I’m delighted he did. Their processes are clear, everything happened exactly the way they said it would, the vehicle was in excellent condition, and check-in/out was simple. Special commendation to Pasquale, who stepped me through the vehicle’s operation like a complete pro! Moving is stressful. Rent and Drop makes things easier. Outstanding service.

after an issue with them, it is impossible to gain satisfaction, expeditive answer, I was ready to make another booking with them for a long term rent, their commercial attitude is horrible. i'll never work again for ever and never .

Do not trust Rent & Drop
Really bad experience with Rend & Drop.
1 day before they pushed my reservation by 1h30min.
When I arrived my car wasn’t ready, had to wait for another 30 min.
Car wasn’t equipped with Crit’Air vignette, unlawful…
Upon arrival, check out was fine but then noticed R&D took 74€ for fuel…luckily I had taken a picture and could prove that tank was full!
Have been in touch with their customer service, useless, they pretend they paid me compensation but never received it. If they read that comment, please provide a bank statement showing what you paid, you’ve got my email.
Avoid at all costs!

Charged me 2500€ without cause, and reimbursed it after 1,5 month
I rented a truck for a weekend.
There was a few scratches on the truck that were listed on the inventory upon arrival.
Thought the person doing the reception of the truck in Angers still decided add the scratches as new damages on the truck after explaining him that there was no new problems (also to be mentionned that this person was rude). Because of it they then decided to charge me 2500€.
After more than 1,5 month delay and many calls, they finally reimbursed it.
Not a good experience. Thought it was cheap and convenient.

I feeling the full tank for 159€ . Returning the truck whit a « zero » in my invoice
But they charge me 64€ EXTRA …I think the peoples in the agency drive for free wish the gasoil charged to the customer !
Send email with pictures and receipt but they don’t care about customers
I was planning to use again … but I font think so !
