I would never ever buy from ada l bought 2 laptops from them in November 2025 thinking it was going to arrive for christmas it still didn't arrive, on contacting them they said they sent my laptops to Scotland not Birmingham where l live l asked for a refund with no success emailed them at least 10 times to be told l would be refunded, in the end they wouldn't reply back to my emails, l contacted tiktok the site l got it from through tiktok still no reply tiktok is just as bad, l lost over a £100.00 I give up, l am telling everyone do not buy from ada they sell loads of things even car rental.

We rented a car with ADA, and the car was very nice, clean, and the service warm and efficient.
I would recommend calling them to book however, as the online system isn't very reliable (the car we booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us, but also the options that the website shows are not necessarily accurate). When talking with them, they did their best to solve any challenge we had.

Easy to book online and the communication was prompt and clear. Vehicle pick up was straightforward and simple. Didn't take long at all.

Ada, as the only company in France renting out cars to people who have their drivers permit for less than a year, saved me! Friendly staff and a friendly price - thank you!

Well as someone who broke the car by flipping it on its head, and got another car the same day, I have only good things to say about ADA

I rented a 5+2 car at ADA Villete in Paris and i want to share that the staff were very friendly and explained every thing.The process of renting was easy and went smoothly and were no hidden cost.

I got a great 12m3 van at reasonable price for the day. Easy and fast check-in, check-out. Everything worked fine.

Good experience. Only 4 stars because to much paperwork.

All in all ok, but following is not ok:

- Tail light broken
- 3/4 gas on tank
- Only semi-clean
- No sprinkler

No refund even they couldn't provide with requested vehicle. We have reserved 12m3 van 2 days before the departure, they have replaced by 8m3 van. They are refusing to process a refund. Agent Adriane from Illsach was especcially rude and unprofessional. He couldn't even give the approximate dimensions of the vehicle, didn't know what does cubic volume means. As an excuse of not giving any information he said he was getting some calls. The worst thing they have confirmed the refund (agent in Colmar) and 6 days later they say they won't do. Today we gave a phone call to clarify the situation. We were threatened by Adriane that if we call them again asking for refund it is considered as harassment.
