High quality for money
I bought an original LG remote control with more manual operation than the magic remote that came with the TV.

Your assistance is much appreciated especially when the Bell Fibe TV technical support did nothing to help.
When our first Bell remote stopped working, we purchased another one from Bell. It was used but in a working condition.
When the second remote died, the Bell technical service was not able to solve the problem - "your broken remote controller, your problem" was the answer.
When we contacted VAT they helped us very fast. We received a new remote which works very well, looks great and was manufactured by VAT Remote Control World... and comes with 2 year warranty.

Quality Remote and Great Service!
The directional pad buttons stopped working on my original Samsung TV remote, and I was looking for a genuine BN59-01274a replacement. There were loads on Ebay I could see, but they didn't look a like genuine replacements.
I stumbled upon this site from Google, and in the end I thought I would spend a little more money and opt for Remote Control World, and I'm glad I did! It was very fast delivery from the Czech Republic, and the remote control is on par(if not, better!) than my original one from Samsung.

I ordered an ID8 fan remote on February 27th. Payment was taken but no order confirmation. I’ve called and emailed but have had no response and no remote. Avoid.

I must disagree that you haven’t received any emails about this as you have since replied to my email. Secondly i did call but was never able to get through.
I have since been sent a tracking number that tells me it’s stuck at my local hub with a delivery date of 10th March. I’m still yet to receive any item.

Fine replacement remote for an old…
Fine replacement remote for an old device.
After more than 12 years of daily use, the membrane switches on the remote control of my premium digital amplifier NuForce Dia broke down and became inoperable.
I tried to find a replacement in domestic Hi-Fi stores but without succes.
Luckily, on the internet I found the right address: VAT Remote Control World, in the Czech Republic.
On their exceptionally good website I found the remote right away and also at a very reasonable price. I ordered the remote control and it was shipped quickly. Its model is GENERAL BAR and it has all the same functions as the original, works perfectly and is pleasant to use.
So now I know where to find a replacement remote for any of my devices in the future if the need arises.
I highly recommend Remote Control World.

Dont bother with this company
I purchased 3 replacement remote controls 7 months ago, and when I received them none of them worked.
I was asked to send them back along with 2 of my original ones. I am still waiting, not a thing.
I have probably sent them about 50 e-mails now, and all I got back was they are doing what they can, sorry but its not acceptable.
Its OK if you receive something that works, but if it doesn't, then good luck with that.
My advice would be to look at other remote control suppliers, and give this one a miss.
