Great service and the best flowers quality
They sell almost every flower you have un mind forma a gift. I sent flowers to a friend, but her appartment was closed, so the florist called me back to help me delivering the flowers, and he finally did it without any problem. Good price for the service and the flowers. Safe payment.

Not fresh and wrong colour
I had ordered a fresh bouquet but instead I got the feedback from the recipient that the stems where squashed and didn't appear to be fresh at all. As the favorite colour of the recipient is yellow, I ordered an all yellow bouquet but instead of that an orange bouquet was delivered.
As soon as I got this feedback from someone who had seen the flowers, I contacted the customer service. They wanted a picture from the bouquet, as I don't live in the same country as the recipient, otherwise I had delivered the flowers myself, and I didn't want to burden the recipient, I decided not to bother. But as I get asked for my feedback again through this form, I share my experience with you.
Don't spoil the surprise please
I ordered flowers assuming that they would be handed over as surprise. In my case, the person receiving the flowers received a phone call around 10h, requiring if she was present. The flowers where then delivered around 17h.
First of all, with this logistical inquiry the charm of receiving flowers is partly spoiled. Secondly, given the large time gap between phone call and delivery, the person receiving the flowers started to worry if it was a bad joke.
Suggestion: Why don't you include a field with the ordering information whether it's ok to contact the receiving person upfront?

Very impressed
I found the florists through searching the web and wanted flowers delivered for family moving to Belgium. They arrived on the day specified and were as the description. They were very pleased with the arrangement of roses in a bowl. I shall be using you again. Thank you for such good service. I hope I am completing this correctly as my French is rather basic. All information on the web site was in good English, which greatly helped.

The flowers were not delivered as requested
The flowers were not delivered and no notification was given to me. I had to ask to the person who was supposed to receive the flowers if she had received anything. Can you imagine how embarrasing this is ? I've sent a mail to the company and till so far I didn't receive any respons. The flowers were sent ultimately but only after my phone call. This was for me an unacceptable experience
One day too late!
The delivery was one day too late. Even after contacting the call center the flowers only arrived at 3PM the day after. They told they would solve the problem asap, but nothing happened. Very bad service!
