Everything went smoothly. Great hotels. 4 day trip on Göta canal was a Dream come true. Lovely memories.

Went to Uzbekistan (11 days). had 3 great guides, good hotels. transport (fast trains) was excellent and hassle free. All organized well by Regent

Travel itinerary’s and timings worked well. All hotels excellent but Hotel Justus Riga is not 4 star, a 3 star at best, although all reception staff very helpful. Fantastic experience seeing the Baltic capitals. Helsinki is very, very expensive. Good advice from Regent that two nights there was enough, as we originally planned three nights.

Great to travel in Norway, Lofoten and Vesteralen, stunning scenery and wildlife - elk, reindeer, arctic hares, golden eagles, sea eagles, mergansers - all just from the roadside or short hikes. Mostly good hotels, eating out is fiendishly expensive but very good (and of course fish-based! (we weren't eating whale which was fairly widely available)). Peter from Regent was very responsive in sorting out the single hotel issue. We didn't know that our last day was a "red day" public holiday when nearly everything (including most shops and restaurants) is completely closed!

great experiences, Japan organised by OKU was excellent, and four weeks in Korea gave us plenty of opportunity to get to know the country and culture. Knowing what i know now i feel that a lot of the tour could be organised personally, and there is a feeling that we overpaid for what we got.

We (two women in their 80s!) have just returned from a trip to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This was our third trip with Regent Holidays and, like our other two holidays, it didn’t disappoint. All the arrangements worked perfectly and our driver/guide couldn’t have been more helpful. Carl Meadows, our Regent specialist, enabled us to put together a
‘trip of a lifetime’. Thank you Regent - we will be back!

Fantastic. Holiday was amazing and unique. Regent were really responsive and on hand to help when our flight got diverted. The hotels were wonderful as well. A really special holiday.

We very much enjoyed our holiday travelling around Western Poland by train. The 6 cities were all beautiful and interesting and the train arrangements were faultless. The hotels were stylish, central and comfortable. Much recommended.

Great service, great itinerary, great accomodation

Just amazed that we had a tour guide who used a car to show us parts of Slovenia for a week. So easy to go at our pace and hear all the stories without being in a group.

There is a reason this is the second time we've used Regent Holidays; the first time was excellent. This second, a trip through the Balkans, was to the same standard, everything planned and arranged for us, we only had to enjoy the experience. There are reasons we'll be using Regent Holidays for future trips - our previous two.

Another wonderful trip with Regent this time to Azerbaijan and Nakchivan. We packed so much in with wonderful scenery, historic buildings, good food etc in this little known and visited country. Nakchivan is an autonomous region bordered by Armenia, Iran and Turkey so we flew in and out for 3 days, well worth going with very few visitors, their loss!

Having decided quite last minute to book a trip to sample a few parts of Norway and always being used to arranging everything ourselves we decided to use a tour operator and chose Regent. This was based on the brochure/website information and to be honest mainly the knowledge and response of the adviser from the first call. Overall very impressed with the offer, service, ability to respond to alternative requests, first class arrangements, information provided and quality of travel/hotels/excursions. In addition keeping in touch whilst we were away and checking things were in place following a slight change with arrangements from a 3rd party demonstrated a very professional approach and attention to detail. Having had wall to wall sunshine for a week, even in Bergen, and finishing the week celebrating Norway's Constitution Day made it an unforgettable experience. Will definitely use Regent again and recommend to others.

As always, Regent's organisation, knowledge attention to detail and itinerary second to none, we've used them for decades an will continue to do so.

Our week exploring Montenegro was wonderful: the scenery is stunning and the people warm and welcoming. Regent organised everything so that we could enjoy every moment.

Fantastic tour of Nepal and Bhutan. UK staff were very helpful and responsive. Trekking guides were excellent and the tour included many memorable highlights.

Twelve days in Albania that included 4 nights in Tirana, 3 nights in Berat and 4 nights in Durres. First time in country and certainly not sorry. Both Tirana and Berat are interesting, worth exploring and rewarding. Durres, a seaside resort is in the process of development or improvement to the seashore/beach with lorries and cranes operating all day within metres of loungers but there is evidence that when complete this will be just like any other popular beach resort.
The city centre, some distance away is not unlike other commercial and business cities but with some worthwhile antiquities such as the amphitheatre. The cost of meals is unbelievably low and the people most helpful and friendly. Arrangements went perfectly with reassuring messages about upcoming transport times etc. BUT with one serious exception.
HOTEL COLOMBO, in Berat where we were told there was a spa centre and swimming pool on site for payment as and when used. These facilities were all closed and we were advised by the hotel that they are only available for guests to use between June and September and that this information has been made known to all agents; however, it was not made known to us; on the contrary, we were specifically told "there is a spa centre on site with swimming pool and saunas and Gym".

Just returned from Iceland 1 week self drive. Beautiful country with lots to see and do. Particularly recommend the glacier hike and the snorkelling in the tectonic plates.
Marked down 1 star as the route plan wasn't completely logical and Reykjavik hotel could have been a better standard. That said overall Regent did a good job.
