Went into the showroom, we were well looked after and advised, not pushy sales and exactly what we wanted. Measuring was easy for them to come and check. Delivery was easy to arrange and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Welcoming and knowledgeable, our options were explained to us in the shop. Delivery was arranged to suit us and for a small fee our old mattress taken away. The delivery guys were efficient and polite. Over all a great service.

I had a lot of help in store when choosing my chairs and was given as much time as I needed to choose the fabric.
After placing my order I was given a provisional delivery date and my order arrived around that time even though Christmas was fast approaching.
The delivery men were courteous and very quick.
All in all a first class shopping experience. Thank you.
Disappointing customer service
The bed has arrived today two months after we ordered it. When we ordered it we were given a delivery estimation of two weeks . With the two weeks estimated delivery , we gave away our old bed to a young couple who just had their first flat which would give plenty of time for our new bed to arrive by the time our guests were here in the middle of November but it didn’t. I rang up several times and twice was told it was in Portsmouth but not told that this means nothing . I was expecting it to be delivered imminently. Eventually 10 days ago I went in to the show room to ask what was going on - our guests had had to sleep on the floor and we are expecting family for Christmas with nowhere to sleep them. Your sales man just kept saying that you had no idea when anything is delivered , you don’t get the paperwork as shipping companies don’t send it . I get that your systems are awful but why! Why don’t you know when things are being delivered ? Why don’t your staff tell us that saying our bed was in Portsmouth doesn’t mean anything. I asked your colleague to make sure to let us know whether our bed was in the container outside ( every time I rang, there was a container outside!) and he wrote down my number in front of me but no one contacted us . He said it would be delivered by Christmas as you send over a half full container if necessary but how was I supposed to believe that and not make plans to cope over Christmas if this too was a false hope. The bed itself is fine but your customer service has been very poor .
