Wished we'd joined sooner!
We reached out to Group about two years ago as we wanted to make sure we were managing our finances and especially our pensions as efficiently as possible After our initial (free!) consultation we decided we could greatly benefit for the advice we'd been given and signed up straight away. Our pensions are now performing to a much higher standard and the ongoing financial advice given has been a huge help. The charges are extremely reasonable and we just wish we'd joined earlier!

Great onboarding experience - Adam Bateman
After taking way too long to adopt a more proactive pension planning strategy, I scheduled a meeting with Adam Bateman at Reeves to explore the services they offer. As someone with no real understanding of financial markets, and given the significance of retirement financial planning and the substantial sums at stake, Adam was great at providing a clear and compelling explanation of how Reeves can genuinely benefit my family and me. His approachable demeanour reassured me that I am trusting an organisation that truly prioritises my interests. I particularly appreciated that Adam could give me a layman's explanation of things when required. Great Service
I have been with Reeves since late 2021, just prior to the invasion of Ukraine. My one criticism would that over that period I have dealt with a number of advisors over that time. I have no criticisms of the service but some consistency of personnel would have been better. I have dealt with James Faley over the last 6 months and I have been very pleased with the service he has provided. I am retiring soon and James has helped model different cash flow scenarios which has been very helpful in making decisions at such a significant life change.

Adam Bateman was direct and honest
Adam Bateman was direct, honest and to the point. From the start it was clear that his style of communication was no nonsense and he was putting my best interests at heart, rather than trying to sell me a service or upsell products which I did not need.
This no BS approach was refreshing, in an industry where the pool is circled by sharks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone seeking advice, considering their options as the near retirement, or those who are not literate when it comes to investments and want to a trusted service they can outsource to. Above and beyond my expectations
I have been a customer of Reeves for 3 years now, their expertise, clear advice, monthly updates and face to face client reviews are exceptional. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have seen fantastic growth of my pension funds which though this can slow down, Reeves's staff are always on the ball. If you need advice, which is free and not an obligation to use them. Very disappointing
Very disappointing, and completely overrated. Once you are on board your points of contact are very junior and lead by script rather than bespoke and knowledge based advise. Their management charges and costs are extremely high, I've found much better rates and pension performance without too much effort, less that half the annual cost and x 3 the performance. Be VERY careful, what looks good on the outside ISN'T!!!! Was a client for 6 years.

I’ve been with Reeves for donkeys years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve seen this company grow and mature and I’ve been delighted with how it’s developed. I now have Chris Lockerbie as my financial advisor and he is 10/10. He keeps things simple, explains everything in a calm manner and makes me feel reassured. I have recommended friends to move their pensions across to Reeves and would recommend others to do the same. Thanks for your continuous help Chris.
