These people really need to be shutdown!

2 years ago i purchased a scratch removal pen from Redsave for £1.99, great i thought... 4 months later i found they had been taken £20 a month from my bank.
£80 for a pen to remove scratches!... I could of had a professional spray paint it for me.

No Christmas toy this year for my Goddaughter !!!!!!!!!! because of REDSAVE

She wanted small toy from her Xmas list. . Local toy shop and even Amazon were more expensive than Redsave. saving £3.50 in these austere times it seemed liked a great idea.....how wrong I was! They have promised delivery twice since my order on 2nd Dec, its now Friday 21st Dec and still no meercat toy. Oh how I wish I had done a quick web search for reviews of Redsave. I am now down by £11.50 having had to go and buy the same toy from a local shop. I have contacted my credit card company to claim the money back and ensure that no illegal £19.99 subscription is taken from my account. Close these toe rags down! They take your money, don't return calls lie about delivery etc etc

STEER CLEAR

I ordered a few things from this company 15 days ago, after a week my order was still 'processing' out of interest I searched for reviews of this company and THANK GOD I DID, I had no idea that my small order was about to result in me paying out each month, at no point when ordering was I aware of it. I assumed the red price was their price as opposed to the RRP, I emailed asking for my order to be cancelled to be told there had been a problem but it was getting sent out the next day, when I checked part of it had been cancelled, I assume it was out of stock after so long, today day 15 I look at the order status and yet again I have 2 items processing and 1 order cancelled, I emailed again stating I wasn't happy and I would be checking my bank account to make sure I hadn't been charged and would be complaining to trading standards, low and behold I now have a email stating the items have been dispatched, I go to the site to check and now the cancelled order has apparently also been sent out. I have very little hope that I will receive anything and don't believe it's been sent out. How this company is allowed to continue to run is beyond me, it is nothing more than a scammer site

Awful place, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

If there was a zero star option then this would be better suited to this company.
Like me, others are drawn in by their low prices, but don't be fooled as you'll really wish you hadn't placed an order with them.

Waiting for any details from them by email is like a mental torture. You cannot contact them by phone, only email and it takes ages to hear anything from them. It took them over a week to tell me that an item I had ordered was out of stock. Yet when I ordered it it said it WAS in stock! They debit the money from your card immediately when you place your order. Most companies only debit your card when your order is despatched.

You'll be much better off ordering from somewhere more reputable and paying a few quid extra for the peace of mind that comes with it. Ordering from Redsave will drive you insane, so D O N ' T D O I T!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Dreadful Customer service non existent Do NOT Use this company!

I placed my order with Redsave on the 3rd December 2012, despite emailing and being told there had been a problem with my order I should recieve it within 3-5 days I have still not received it and my order on my account still says processing, so im doubtful I will recieve it in time for Christmas! I spent over £100 and its most of my childrens Christmas presents! I'm disgusted! You can't even call them because its just a recorded message telling you to email! I'm now getting no email replies at all from them and until I get a refund I cannot afford to get my children more presents and I'm running out of time! I will NEVER use them again! Please don't fall into the trap of thinking its a bargain, sometimes if it seems too good to be true it actually is!

Unreliable and unreachable

I purchased a toy for my daughter from this site for a Christmas present on the 02/12/2012. It’s still not here and it’s not even been dispatched.

I contacted the company to chase up the order and I was told that it had indeed been delayed. I was told it would be with me 3-5 days later.

13 days later I still haven’t received the item and it’s still not been dispatched! They have ignored my previous email, so I phoned them and it’s all automated then asks you to email them.

Working for an online retailer myself I’m shocked at the lack of service this company shows it customers.

still waiting. never use again

Ordered some toys after seeing low prices and although reading bad reviews i thought a company would at least deliver goods. Still waiting for the toys to arrive 2 weeks later despite it saying despatched over a week ago. Also some of my order had been refunded due to a pricing error and the low price wasnt actually that low! Problem is i got it on my credit card and they wont refund back to my card which mrans i will get inyerest on it as when i pay my card using the chq they sent me..it pays in order so cant refund just the order from redsave. Pain in the ass and will not use again.

The owners should be rotting in jail

I ordered a hair brush at a cost of £10, back in July, since then and every month since, £20 has been taken out of my account! A total scam!

Really bad, I will be taking this matter further, informing both Watchdog, my solicitor and the police. As well as going out of my way to write as many HONEST reviews as possible.

I would love to bump into the owners on the street, luckily enough I know what they look like.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered a solid silver rolo for my boyfriends Birthday, costing £43.86, 13 days before too ensure it got posted on time. Unfortunatly, as i was recieving other items from similar online shopping sites, my order from Redsave was still processing. I tried contacting via the contact number on the website, with no result as it kept ringing through. I then decided to look at the reviews which led me too writing this. I am completely shocked at how many others have used this and have been treated the same way. I am 99% sure I declined the offer of the 30-day free subscribsion, but to my horror when I looked at my account they had given it too me anyway. I have gone on to cancel it but am too wary as there is another 'Terms & Conditions' box too click and a box to write 'IAGREE'. I will be looking at reviews in future before online shopping as I would rather not lose my money!

Ripped Off

I ordered two small items and they did come and were what I wanted but I was not aware of the subscription. It was worded on my order like an advert, nowhwere did it say I was subscribing to anything and I did not agree to them taking any money other than the items I bought. This has to be illegal. They even make the total of your goods show up in red so that's all you see. That's all they want you to see so they can get away with their scam.

As soon as I realised they had taken money without my consent I cancelled my subscription but they still took more money. I'm definitely going down the small courts route.

They do not follow the letter of the law.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, they are required to send cancellation details for the recurring subscription, in a durable medium. A page on a website is not considered to be durable under the Distance Selling Regulations or by the Office of Fair Trading, regardless of when it was last modified. If they do not inform you of your cancellation rights in this way, then there is no agreement.

Such communication must be made 'During the performance' of the contract. Which in the case of a service, such as a 'shopping club', does not start until the day after your order is made. So you must be informed about your cancellation rights after your order as well as before, at least the next day after.

Judging by the other reviews, they do not do this, and they certainly did not do this with me (as GoogleMail keeps all your archived emails which are very easy to search, I had no communication of cancellation rights).

Over a year- no product!

I ordered a £40 gazebo in May 2011. To this date I still don't have my gazebo. Contact via telephone or email has been useless. The phone just rings out and I never get email responses. They have basically stolen my money. This company needs to be shut down!!!

Let's report them to the trading standard

I spent £1.99 on this scammer's website and after 2 months realised I had been charged £19.95 each month for membership fees I asked my bank to get my money back but they couldn't do it as they have prove that I clicked in the box of T&C which states that, but who on earth ever read a t&c u just tick it and of u go to checkout, so the bank adviced me to report them to the trading standard, which every one should do and put them out of business once and for all. I'm just doing that right now...!
