Odious company, disgusting customer services

Like many others, giving 1* is being generous.
In december 2025 Redexis emailed my bill to me. Adding this to my account should be an automatic & immediate process. I questioned why this had not occurred and received another email with same attachment.
Repeated subsequent enquiries why this routine process had not occurred received no answer or receive yet another copy of the same bill.
The february 2026 bill has been received as an attachment but not added to my account.
Now Redexis advise my log-in ID and my password are invalid but refuse to explain why

Still no gas for over 12 days

We came over to our villa over 12 days ago and still have no gas and haven’t been able to get any hot water, we tried several times to get hold of them before we came over from the UK including lots of emails and they told us we would be switched back on when we arrived and nothing, we have since called them dozens of times and sent more emails and not getting anywhere, we have a 6 year old with us and have explained this and they simply don’t seem to care, there service is absolutely appalling and never experienced anything like it, after reading all of the negative comments I can’t believe that there still trading, we have tried our best to get this resolved this and the truth is judging on our true experience they don’t care!

Left 70 yr old without gas for a week

Having been a redexis customer we moved house and our lawyer was to handle the changeover of utilities. He filled in their online form but missed one vital piece of information. Redexis didn’t reply to our lawyer they sent us an email which went to our archive as all previous emails from them and didn’t copy our lawyer. He assumed the changeover had happened so after 3 months and no bill we advised him of this. Roll on to six months later and last Wednesday they cut us off despite there being a person over the age of 70 in the house making it illegal to do so. 7 days later and despite 15 calls to get this error corrected we still have no gas and no hit water. Frankly I want to take legal action as this was just incompetence on their part which has caused this. As soon as the gas is back on we will demand recompense and change supplier.
