Red Admiral is going into liquidation. It is such a coincidence that Capital Books was the liquidator of so many companies in the Daniel Johns Group and related companies, including Red Admiral and others, such as:

The management company whose director is the brother-in-law of DJ’s director and managed several DJ properties:

Another company who was based in Avix Birmingham, and whose employees worked for United Consultancy, and Daniel Johns and Red Admiral:
UNITED CONSULTANCY LTD (Company Number: 04940060)

Unfortunately since Red Admiral took over the management of the building where my unit is, my rentals have not been paid for months with no explanation from Red Admiral staff as to why my payment is late. Staff have been unresponsive to my emails, occasionally replying with just unfriendly one word answers.

Red Admiral are our current Landlords and since taking over our property we have seen a vast improvement in how we have been dealt with in the past. The team have been very helpful and quick in responding. I would definitely recommend them.
