It's easy to get great service when you're buying a car; the measure of real customer service is when there's a problem. Michael and his team went absolutely above and beyond to help me with a tricky electrical issue on my Mazda MX5 bought from Ferncroft in March. I was so grateful for the many trips to my home to collect and return the car and the loan of some very nice vehicles while they got the issue sorted! I cannot recommend Ferncroft highly enough, Michael takes real personal care of his customers and genuinely wants everyone to be happy with their car and the buying experience.

Michael at Ferncroft is true to his word. I received an increased trade in price on inspection of my vehicle condition. The spare key was lost unfortunately so Michael arranged and paid for the spare directly with Mercedes. The manuals were not present so Michael sent me a new book pack as promised. On collection the vehicle was cleaned and polished as requested and a service was carried out with invoices to prove. Can't be faulted.

Michael from Ferncroft made the best offer for my car on Carwow. He came all the way up to Inverness to collect it. There was no haggling, he paid the price stated and even gave me a lift to a charity fund raiser on his way back south!! A true gentleman!
