Immaculate phone offered less, trapped by bonus

Bought a new Motorola, which had a bonus trade in value, plus the value of the phone we sent back. Motorola forces you to trade with this company on 'their behalf' as part of the offer.

The phone we sent was immaculate. However re-commerce believed otherwise and the value was dropped by 9 pounds.

Not worth getting the phone back and losing the bonus payment but I believe a complete shyster move to give less for an immaculate phone on false pretenses. The email even said condition echo "N/A"; like a bug.

Only options were Accept or get the phone back, we accepted to not lose the trade in bonus offer for buying the expensive new Motorola. However, I will never voluntarily use this company for anything. Steer clear if you have a choice !

If I could give less stars I would

If I could give less stars I would. What an unbelievable company. I can’t understand that a company as KPN can do business with them. When they wanted me to send my phone I received e:mails within minutes (if they needed more information) after sending my phone nothing crickets is what I heard. Tried to contact them told them they never received my package. I have an email showing delivery. We often times want to blame the delivery company, but in this case I believe this company wants to take advantage of this. After a couple of emails they contact me asking for all kinds of information including a “Verklaring van verzending “

Everything in my brain says this is corrupt.
I have yet to see positive feedback over this company. Has anyone received what they were told they would get by KPN?

Note to KPN be responsible in who you recommend & do business with, because this tarnishes your credibility.

Change the goal post in the middle of the game

Very bad experience with Recommerce Solution in a Xiaomi phone Trade In process, they literally change the goal post in the middle of the game just to rip me off.
They introduced a new field value in the declaration form to enable them reduce the original offer and this is unacceptable.
