Terrible experience!

I had bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb from them, through the website Refurbed.pt. The device was supposedly in condition (grade) C, with few scratches and such.

However, when I received the product, I found that the screen (display) was terribly inferior and of horrible quality. Furthermore, the Apple system itself informed me that it was a parallel screen.

I contacted them and requested the return of the device and a refund of the purchase. They received the device on 06/24/2025 and promised that they would refund the product within AT MOST two business days.

It turned out that they only made the refund on 06/30/2025, as they claimed that they were still "checking the device".

Honestly, I do not recommend the company Alloccaz / Recommerce Solutions TO ANYONE!

Terrible company and terrible experience!

Warning! Dont give them your money!

I ordered a Phone, it was supposed to be in Mint condition, part of the screen was broken when it arrived.

I issued for a refund, which was accepted a few days after they recived the phone, however they did not send me my money, we contact via email about it, the kept sending my refund-case around to diffrent departments for TWO months.

worst shopping experiance ever.

save your money, go somewhere else.
