Wrong product given
Update: after talking with them again they realized it was a technical issue on their end and refunded me.

I downloaded the app to buy an Amazon.se gift card. So I selected Amazon and marked Sweden as the region I wanted it to be used in.
However instead of giving me a code for amazon Sweden they gave me a code for Amazon Germany instead.
When contacting the customer support they were very rude saying it’s my fault and there’s nothing they can do.
If I choose a gift card and a region I want it to be used in you can’t really add another product in the check out page that doesn’t work for the region selected.
If you have no Swedish codes to give maybe say they’re unavailable instead of giving me a random other region key.
