The default setting is set for next day…
The default setting is set for next day delivery. Unfortunately after entering and checking the correct delivery date had been entered, during the next process the default setting overruled and reset to next day delivery. Consequently the flowers were delivered a month too early and when received were all open with no scent whatsoever. The life span of the flowers was only a couple of days - a complete waste of money. The Company was not interested. I would not use this Company again nor recommend them. The 3 stars is because they were delivered!

We have used The Real Flower Company for a number of years and always been delighted. However, on the past two occasions when we have placed orders and requested specific delivery dates, the flowers have been delivered several days early both for a Valentine's Day and a birthday present. This was very disappointing.

Worth every penny
I have been buying flowers from here for a very long time. They are the only company where the flowers actually look like the picture on the website. I was so sick of awful flowers being sent by other companies that looked completely different to the picture- so disappointing when it’s a gift. A little on the pricey side, but worth every penny.

No problems and no complaints
Ordering was easy and the supply was very quick. Both roses are sturdy plants, quite capable of withstanding a late frost in the original container. One is now in Yorkshire, and the other is in Oxfordshire as a memorial to a dear friend.

I ordered the flower arranger as recommended by the Telegraph paper. The web site is as difficult and end up phoning the order in. The order went through well and the size I ordered was out of stock. It came when I was advised it would come. Looks very well made and substantial. Haven’t used it yet, but look forward to!

I love these flowers and have regularly bought them over the years. They are always beautiful and high quality. Gorgeous herbs and interesting leaves included.
This time there was a slight problem with the delivery (delivery just before Xmas, so I think problem with the courier, not The Real Flower Company). When they found out about the problem, they went over and above expectations to ensure the person I was sending the flowers to were happy. Absolutely fabulous service.

Disappointed as this wreath was not as shown on the website... i.e. tight and compact.
It didn't contain any ivy, this was replaced with eucalyptus which was too long and floppy when hung on the door, also some of the other foliage was too long - needless to say didn't stand up to the elements terribly well.
Too expensive for what I received.
