We were looking for a mattress. Tammy helped us. We weren’t sure what we wanted but she spent the time helping us decide. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I personally went to purchase several items for a new townhouse I'm moving to. The salesperson was very professional but before I left I realized this place doesn't have integrity. I'm unsure why several items aren't labeled with a price, You need the salesperson to scan it and give you a price. Then before checking out, she was going to ask if any further discounts could be taken off. This just makes you realize that for some individuals they are paying less than others. When I read more online, after I left about the home repair with items I realized there is a huge problem with integrity with this place and wish I hadn't given them my business.

Sales associate very good. Listened to what we needed and wanted, didn't pressure us to look at other things, and made a sale.

Our salesman Aubrey did a great job walking us around the showroom and helping us look for new couches and coffee tables. He was knowledgeable and quick. Delivery was great as well.

The salesman Jerry Rivera was great! He introduced himself and then let me look around without pressure. When I was ready he explained everything to me throughout the process. He made my experience easy and enjoyable!

Shopping experience was great. They had exactly what I was looking for. Only issue was payment through PayPal was not working and I had to redo payment method several times.

The delivery team was great and very efficient.

After sitting and lying on the sofa, loveseat and chair we started getting itchy and irritated.

We also detected a toxic smell which we only noticed after lying down on it which caused us to get headaches.

We paid for completely new furniture but this furniture seems like it was sitting unprotected in storage where dust mites and water have caused quality issues including possibly mold.

Great selection. Sam the sales assistant was very helpful. Store is clean and well displayed.
