Packing for profit
I ordered a seal pack from this company Tuesday 16/5/23 @ approx 3:00pm and it was delivered on Wednesday 17/5/23 at 1:35pm which was great service. However the Item cost £15.53 and I was charged £28.54 which included VAT and postage and packing and this is where my complaint lies.
The item could have been put in an standard envelope but instead was in a box which measured 225mml x 160mmw x 160mmd. Vat cost £3.10 so P&P was £9.91 when it could have gone in an envelope and the total cost including packaging and postage would have been under £2. I thought Amazon was bad for using excessive size boxes but at least their P&P is free so Rat Pak Engineering are obviously using this to make profit on their postage

We also provide free shipping on orders over £100 + VAT, which might be a option for your future purchases.
