I've ordered qiuite a few times and each time items are missing. They throw something in so i'll have the right amount of clothing but it's not good to substitute my order without my consent...Your choices are not my choices.

Items purchased was exactly like the photos and the shoes were comfortable. I ordered those items for a mini vacation haven't wore anything yet but I tried on the shoes and they were very comfortable.

2 out of all my shoes I purchased was way too narrow right size but way too narrow that was disappointing because they were my favorite 2

I received exactly what I ordered and I love the outfit.

I gave a rating of five stars because first of all I did not realize that rainbow had a website to order from until someone in the store mention it to me. The website was very people friendly it was easy to navigate I was able to find the shoes that I had went to every store in Jacksonville looking for and only one store had them but they didn't have them in my size I ordered the shoes while I was in the store and had them delivered to that particular store that was close to me I received emails giving me the status that my orders. I received my order was shipped as well as my order was ready for pickup. Everything went very smooth and I was even happier because the shoes were less online then they were in the store so thank you to rainbow online this is why I rated you five star.

I liked their customer service. Product was sent quickly. The mesh pants I bought are too long and too short in the waist. So the company itself is good and legit!
