I went to return my items and found out y'all use FedEx now. I do not have one in my town that works right! I rely on USPS! I don't own a printer to print out the return slip! This company needs to think about their customers that don't live in big cities!

Items were available for pickup
Items were available for pickup. I waited a few days to go retrieve them and when I got there they couldn’t release them because the managers didn’t acknowledge they were received prior to, so I had to waste gas coming back. Also, the store was filthy, congested and the music playing had offensive language. Very unprofessional.
