Beautiful yarns :)
I ordered a vegan mystery bundle and the yarns are gorgeous, there were 3 different yarn types - tencel, bamboo and cotton and the colours are just beautiful <3 I was kept up-to-date with when they were due to be posted and they arrived well packaged with a couple of cute little stitch markers. Really pleased with my purchase as I have been with previous orders :)

Custom dye, dyers choice
This yarn was a custom dye but I was unaware of what it would be as dyers choice. She got it absolutely perfect and I love the colour so much. I trusted Karina to get the yarn to my liking and she 100% did. I have used this dyer many times and will continue to get my repeat custom. Also has excellent customer service. Can not fault really.

No yarn , no communications. Very poor
I ordered yarn to be dispatched on 20 December, the order is still unfulfilled and no one has been in contact to update with a new dispatch date. I have been subject to rude comments and abuse on social media and now appear to have been blocked. I will be asking my payment card for a refund.
Edited to add. Given that we have since been in contact and indeed I was 'thanked' for my review I find the store's comment a little ironic. The store has now removed their original response. I can only hope that they have learned from this experience that communication is key and so easy these days.

Hello, I am sorry your item was delayed in dispatch. I am also sorry I did not reply to your numerous emails and social media posts on Christmas Eve and again throughout Christmas Day. Boxing Day I issued a full refund. I have not blocked you on any of my platforms. I am sorry I did not publicise I was in fact taking time off throughout the Christmas period and therefore would not be able to reply to messages throughout this time. Your parcel had arrived before New Years Day as tracking of delivery had been confirmed. Kind regards
