As an independent Dyer I rarely buy wool from other sources however occasionally I like to support a fellow small buisness owner such as Karina from Rainbow Fusions .
Their attention to detail , quality of yarn and uniformity of colour across skeins is spot on and items are accurately described, the yardages are also accurate & the colours on the website photos are a good match to the items .
This dyer is conscientious enough to produce yarn that does not bleed (leak dye ) when washed , this is the mark of a skilled indi-dyer .
Last little note I live in what would be regarded as a ‘remote’ area of Scotland and as such oftain have to wait an extended time for deliveries. I’ve ordered 3 times now and each has been dispatched in good time and by a service that delivered in a timely manor well done hon .

Placed my order June 2023 which included in stock yarns as well as the paid in full Advent Calendar. It took 7 weeks for my order to be shipped, with Karina constantly ignoring my emails or outright lying about when the package was being shipped. She refunded some of my order while still including the yarns “for the inconvenience”. I also made sure to ask about the advent calendar being shipped in a timely matter and she assured me that the whole month of October she is shipping them and the beginning of November is the latest any of them are shipped.

Nov 6 I emailed asking for a status update and was told tracking would be added within 24 hours. As of today, I still don’t have tracking information and have had to reach out again asking for details.

The yarn is gorgeous but not worth the absolutely abysmal customer service. With the exchange rate, it was a $600 order for me. Would never recommend this shop.
