Excellent product,great price and super fast delivery

1st time I have ordered from Ragazzi and I was very impressed, delivery was on time, packaging was good product was great unfortunately it just didn't suit my son so I had to return it, return system was very easy and I was refunded straight away. Thank you Ragazzi I will definitely recommend you & order from you again

Never heard of Ragazzi so was little unsure....how ever what a discovery...ordered a jacket and it was little small(my fault) returns could not been more simple and with in a week I received the next size up and the communication was fantastic...will shop here again...highly recommend 5☆

So I ordered from regazzi my item never arrived fair enough item was apparently sent but not to my address they have not replied to my email and refused a refund or to actually chase up and find my parcel absolutely awful customer service avoid ordering from this company

Recieved the fred perry polo shirt in a cardboard box, no bag, the state of the shirt looked like it walked all over and smelt like it been worn. contacted them with no reply. Shame on you ya scruffy gets

I hadn't heard of Ragazzi before placing an order, but I ended up being really impressed with the service. The order process was easy, and the shoes arrived the next day. I decided to exchange them for a different colour - the staff were very helpful, and the replacement shoes arrived within 2 days. Will definitely order from them again
