Quilter has evident governance. The company takes pains properly to assess clients attitude to risk and offers products appropriate to circumstance. It also manages advisors sensibly and ensures their attentiveness, knowledge and standards. Its not exciting but it is as safe as it is possible to be in finance, suited to people who can take the long term view.

Great personal service from Rachael in customer services but Quilters systems inability to produce a P60 in a timely manner was a tad disappointing.
Past 4 years it’s been available way earlier. Hey ho!

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the amount of tax that has been deducted from your payment. When we receive a request from a customer to withdraw money, we apply the most recent tax code that we have received from HMRC, at source. If this is your first withdrawal, then HMRC may have been unable to provide us with the most recent tax code for you, we will apply what is commonly known as the emergency tax code. We inform HMRC of the payments made and they inform us of your tax code for any future payments.
