Weeks in and still no access online
Weeks in and still no access online. The account access team either don’t answer the phone or make you wait ages, then contradict each other and pose impossible or pointless tasks for you to perform. Meanwhile they continue bombarding you with automated exhortations to get online.
These guys are not cheap: I cannot understand why this is so painful.
UPDATE a week after writing to Bobbie: no response, and more time wasted on phone calls, mostly on hold with Quilter’s intransigent robot. Bobbie appears to be working for PR and has no interest in actually looking after customers. Don’t be fooled by her nice message below. I wish I had made this review one star but I guess so far they haven’t actually committed any crimes other than pouring my time down the drain, and collecting their fees for doing nothing.

Emergency tax codes on all annual lump sum payments not just the first…
This is the third time I have requested a flexi drawdown access lump sum annual payment and despite having my updated tax codes emergency tax codes have been applied on all 3 occasions rather than only the first time when an annual payment was requested.Despite being bombarded with numerous regulatory emails and red tape delaying an execution only type of request, no explanation has been given on any of the payslips as to the amount of tax deducted nor why an emergency tax code was applied in years 2 and 3.
