I have been with QUICKLINE for quite a while and now have moved from satellite to fibre optic broadband. They talked me through how this was going to be done and answered any of my questions. On my switchover date I had such a lovely engineer, Dave B, he was on time, polite and he talked me through every step of the installation.
He had my internet up and running in less than 90 minutes.
I would highly recommend QUICKLINE to anyone. Their customer service is always amazing too with any queries or technical support resolved within 24 hours

Poor poor customer service. The sales person promised the world first problem told it can take up to 30 days to repair that’s 30 days with our WiFi. We were told they would compensate us a whole month. That isn’t compensation it’s giving us back the month we paid for receiving no service. I explained how due to my husband’s illness we needed access to phones and without WiFi our mobiles don’t work. This was something we asked at point of sail and was reassured all faults would be dealt with in 24 hours because of my husband’s illness

Latest today telling us they had visited our property and we were not in
Even went to the lengths of photographs of the red car in our drive
We don’t have a red car they went to the wrong house
Informed they would visit 8/7/26 in morning. Did not show ring customer service to be informed
“A larger problem involving more customers has taken priority will try to attend tomorrow”
On contacting them again explaining we are now nearly 4 weeks without wifi
The caller had no answers to give. Having contacted them like they have asked in their reply again no answers so why ask me to ring publicly if you not going to help resolve this issue

Kyle twell from quickline came to install our Internet today he arrived around 2pm for our afternoon slot which was great! He explained everything to us and gave us lots of information! He helped us hard wire our son pc into our booster. 5 star service really pleased! Thanks again!

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER IF YOU WANT SERVICE SUPPORT.
2 days of on/off internet. Off every 10 to 20mins for about 5 to 10mins... telephone relies on internet too as we have no cell coverage; so need to leave the house to call them!!!
Been on the phone for over 2 hours without any reply! I have tried all 3 numbers available and emailed via their website. NO REPLY. Their site says no issues, but other users have issues reported on FB.
Being without comms in the digital age is impossible, so DO NOT RELY ON Quickline.
UPDATE 07/07/26
Finally got through to Quickline technical support on Saturday 4th, not possible to test our connection remotely, and they committed to send an engineer on Friday the 10th, the earliest option. I arranged a days holiday.
When I read my personal emails last night I had an email response to my review and a direct email from Quickline customer support, which advised me that an engineer will visit today, Tuesday 7th! Does the right hand speak to the left? They also advised me that they had been unable to contact me by phone, however, I have no missed call, no sms, and no voicemail... draw your own conclusion.
To sum up, their customer and technical support communications are 1 star.
