Best salesman ever, Alan.

After nothing but problem after problem with Zzoomm and being passed from pillar to post with people we did not understand, I did a bit of research online and found Quickline was coming to our area (North Yorkshire). I filled in the details and received a call from Alan who was absolutely fantastic. He gave me all the information I was looking for, and got me a great deal. £1 for the first month, and £33 per month afterwards for 1 gig! Practically unheard of prices, so Alan immediately got me on the waitlist. As soon as they’re able to install it for us, Alan will call me and arrange all of that.

We had a good natter and spoke about our shared love of gaming, fellow gamers will know how vital it is to be able to speak to someone that understands the need for speedy and reliable internet! He didn’t try to upsell me, he told me I’d be fine at 500mbps but I asked if we could do the 1gb instead, to make sure we had plenty of speed.
He was a delight to chat to, and unbeknownst to him, a bit of a friend in a rough moment I’m having with my health. I’m disabled so I don’t always get to meet new people, so being able to chat about games and things like that was fantastic. Going through the details and everything didn’t feel stressful at all, it was very casual and very easy.

Thank you so much Alan and Quickline, I can’t wait to come back and tell everyone how great my Internet speeds are.

Broadband down

Liam Morgan came out today to get my internet working again after it had been down since last Thursday. A previous engineer visited but couldn't find the fault. Liam quickly identified that a loose wire from the pole, caused by an apple tree, was the problem.

He was brilliant from start to finish. He cleared the branches out of the way, fixed the issue straight away, and got everything working again. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Excellent service

The connection was never reliable so we cancelled. Shocked that Quickline don’t want their dish back and leave it to us to find someone to take it down from a very high position on the house. Grant McBain.. Grasby

Highly Recommended

I had not heard of this company until 6 months ago. Today they have completed the installation of broadband which is 20 times faster than previously available in this rural area, and half the previous monthly cost. Their representatives have all been professional, polite and very helpful. In addition the installation engineer (Kyle) has been tidy and efficient, a credit to the company. The product works perfectly. I highly recommend Quickline if they come to your area.

My experience today was amazing today

My experience today was amazing, very good service from Dan Davis, very professional. Dan explained absolutely everything and demonstrated a step by step with all the equipment and talked me through the whole internet process. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, thank you Dan, we now have an awesome internet speeds throughout our home. I recommend Quickline to anyone they are amazing 🤩

Excellent installation

Our installation was done by Louise B. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and listened to where we wanted the installation to be placed. She happily obliged and was quick and tidy. We already have a much stronger signal so are very happy. Would recommend.

Brilliant service

As the home manager of a residential care home for Thomas Turnbull to spend his time volunteering with us helping set up for our annual summer fair Which benefits and enriches not only our residents but our community.
