I’m having a great deal of difficulty syncing my accounts from my bank. If someone is available to help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Product performs well overall
Product performs well overall. Development resources should be more focused on perfecting the core program, rather than adding extra cost products, especially given that the price of the mandatory subscription has increased substantially over time.

I have been using Quicken since the early 90’s. That was back when you could just buy a disk with the program and didn’t have to subscribe every year. I was disappointed when that started, but I’ve always loved quicken for being able to keep track of my spending. I don’t do a lot of investing and I’m not a business person so it’s just for Home use. I’m very grateful for the online backup because if my computer crashed and I lost all the information it would be devastating for me. I went from floppy disk to the small square discs to the USB’s to the external hard drives, full of backups from over the years.

It has everything I need and its database is always reliable not like the windows version. It needs a Balance Sheet Report.

Good product but updating just to update functionality is annoying
Stable checking account program
Stable checking account program. Getting more expensive each year and I do not use most features. Maybe it is time to go back to a simple spreadsheet.
Too old to change, probably, since I used it for years.
Quicken Classic Deluxe could be more basic than Deluxe, but then it would not earn more money.
We love Quicken
We love Quicken. Our biggest complaint is we spent YEARS using inventory and had taken the time to do an amazing job keeping track of things (20 plus years). However, you got rid of home inventory without warning us and without a replacement. We'd be willing to pay a fee for a replacement.
I just use for bank account
I just use for bank account. I think it is a little expensive. I used when it was free before charging
Downloading issues
I don’t like that I can’t select specific dates, for instance, from 3/5/26 to 7/5/26 because Quicken can only provide what is available through the bank. The bank only offers a specific timeframe. I preferred downloading through my bank a month at a time, into Quicken.
Quicken could do better.
I don't like the new subscription business model. Bring back the original method to archive. Fix what's not working (e.g. clearing investment transactions). Stop adding new bells & whistles until you've fixed everything that doesn't work.
Too complicated for an older user.
Product Review
I Like the updates, I like easy navigation. I use it for my business and have been using it for years.
Stopped using it years ago
Stopped using it years ago. It changed. It was ignoring my categories and using its own. I could use CONT F to find anything. It was intuitive, easy. I really miss that old Quicken especially at tax time.

Great product I've been using since DOS 6!
Used for a small business for 45 years! No hassel. The only suggestion is to allow the attachments (pics of receipts) to be printed (in mass) with each transaction for reports or a register printout. A big need for that!
