I can’t use The download transaction feature because it just messes up my check registers!

The basic functionality is already there. Spending millions on improvements and then constantly raising the cost is counter productive and causes users to look elsewhere.

It lately has quirks where items have downloaded to the incorrect account. I have reset and it still happens

Quicken is getting too complex, too many useless bells and whistles. And, it is annoying that it checks the cloud for your data before loading off your computer. We really all dont need data centers and the cloud to keep track of our finances

Quick and helpful response to my questions and a great program.

I've used Quicken for decades - it keeps track of my financial accounts well when the account connections are correct. It's a sentimental favorite for me a CPA, CFP, and a Personal Financial Counselor to the Military.

Overall, great app. Difficult sometimes to add or update accounts, though, for this non-tech user

Still have connection issues with accounts. At least one a month connections between Simplifi and my financial accounts do not work.

The basic functioning is great. I question if it is a good value.

Quicken is not as difficult as I imagined it would be.

Disappointing. I've been a 15 year user. The data integrity has decreased to being unpredictable and not stable thru the lens of IRS reporting. My categories, reconciled accounts, mortgage interest and principle breakdowns all change after almost every release. The hedge fund is bleeding the quality dry and for what purpose? Do they want the risk of customers including them in an IRS disagreement because users like I can't replicate reports from accounts and files that were balanced and reconciled. it's better to do it on an excel sheet. That's how frustrated I am.
