3rd time trying to order samples and they have not been sent. Will use another company. If you can't get a sample order right I doubt it will be a pleasant experience trying to get an order for a whole house.

On requesting samples to check for best match of flooring currently in our house that needs to flow to extension, unfortunately current floor not longer available but we received great support to advise what is the closest product to what we have already.

Got the samples I ordered. Customer service was very good and helpful. Samples were nice and big so that helps a lot with visualisation. Laminate is just slightly thicker than other companies. The thickness was a no for me because I am thinking of placing them on existing tiles. Colours are great though.

Easy to order. Swift delivery. Excellent product and our builder used quick step for the new flooring in our kitchen , Utility and sun room.
We also had all upstairs done in quickstep flooring which looks great and has worn well.

Ordering was fine but products never arrived

It would be helpful to be able to filter products on website by plank width.
Address details could be improved. I have a house name not number but house number was a required field. Ended up filling this field with n/a as couldn’t leave blank. Delivery and billing address now look odd.
