We are in the process of building a new home and were considering Quick step for our flooring. We received the sample flooring quickly and a decent size to make our decision easier.... and yes, we did choose quickstep because their product looks amazing.

We ordered online and got a confirmation email stating we would get a further email with details of when we could pick it up in our chosen store.
We never received a further email so when I rang to chase it the item had been in the store for virtually 2 weeks!

The ordering experience was easy enough, the delivery not so much. Got a delivery date and waited in all day as the order said between 8-6 and no delivery turned up. Customer Service was closed by that time. Called Monday morning to enquire what happened and there was an admin error and to be told they will deliver it this morning to which I pointed out no one was home today. Eventually was told they would come on the return journey so late afternoon when I could get someone to the house. This was obviously not communicated as the driver rang outside my house. No use to me as I work 25 miles away. Had to explain to him what I was told and he agreed to come back later in afternoon. Lots of faffing about. No real apology and no discount for my day waiting around for them. It’s a good job I like the flooring.

it was not our choice to buy from quick step, our fitter demanded only fit if we buy from quick step, we thought must be good , hence we bought it .. delivery time was not the quickest but we could deal with it as no urgency, however the material quality ..we used fit stairs , after couple of weeks , started split .. fitter came back replaced with new part because we had some spare left .. then now other area start split again ,. abslutely shocking
--- after i was told to contact to technical team to investgate ,.,. i did and got replied said you did not purchase this from Unilin we can not handle your complaint directly, please communicate with your original supplier. so supplier and technical team are not same company ? this is getting worse and worse ,. to avoid all the frustration , just dont buy from them ..

We placed an order on the 24th of October and received the order confirmation confirming the order will be delivered on the 31st of October.
On the delivery day, we called three times, morning, noon and 3pm, to confirm the order will be delivered as scheduled. The first two phone calls have promised the order will be delivered, but on the last one, we were informed that the order will be delayed.
We were then promised the order would be delivered on Monday the 3rd of November (2 days delay), and again they failed us. We finally received our order on the 4th of November around 11:30 am (3 days delay), but the whole order was smashed, and the delivery driver was going to just dump and run.
The customer service team replaced our order and delivered again on the 5th of November (total 4 and a half days delay) with a cleaning kit as an apology. And without notice, a courier company turned up on the 6th of November to collect the damaged order.
We would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. It’s frustrating and annoying. Due to ordering with this company, we have wasted two and a half of our days waiting at home, and the cost for the builders at the place is for nothing to put on. And for the number of phone calls, we have to chase the company for our order. Very disappoint!
