Never received £300+ refund after having to cancel, despite being promised I would (have it in written from them) and following up on it via email and phone every week. Stopped responding after a while, wouldn’t be surprised if they blocked me, Absolute scammers do not use!!!

This is part one of my review - they arrived a little late but they did let me know ahead of time so no lost points for that as things happen. They were so speedy and careful with my things, and getting ready to transport them up to Scotland tomorrow. Both gentlemen were so lovely, they were chatty and had a good laugh with us when we realised how little we own. I’m anxious to have the whole move done with now but thankfully the biggest stress was how to get it all to Scotland. As soon as I’ve got the stuff in Scotland I can provide my second half of the review. I was just too happy with the service to wait!!

Got tempted by the quote and the reviews (the good reviews must be fake af) but on the day the driver came late took my items and didn’t turn up to the next address until 3 hours after we did. Finally turned up at the address and the driver held my items until I gave him cash for the extra 3 hours. Not answering my calls

Great man with a van service. Professional team, offering a super service, door to door, with several options for van sizes and helpers. Unbeatable quote. I’ve used this company twice, and would most definitely recommend their service. Thank you Chris.

Chris and a helper helped me move my 2 bed flat from Leicester to Birmingham. Even though the shifting looked quite challenging, they made it look simple. They managed really well the time to finish moving within the time I had initially thought of. Thank you so much!

I cancelled this service in time, and was told I would receive a refund. Given multiple refund dates with nothing, no proof, just empty words. Company has now seemingly blocked the phone number as it won't ring through, or it has disconnected it. Complete scam.

Do NOT book this company, absolutely terrible service and after agreeing to give a partial refund have completely blanked any attempts at communication.

It was really easy to get a quote, and the process was simple. I called to book, and they confirmed it by email. The items were collected this morning and the communication was excellent. I would definitely use them again. They did a great job! Thank you.

Driver arrived two hours late with no apology or explanation, even though I booked their first slot of the day. He then later tried to claim he arrived on time. He took about 4 hours to make a 1 hour journey, then tried to charge me the extra cost for it. The driver refused to unload my furniture until I paid extra. Massive scam, do not use this company!!

Quick movers were even better than expected. They arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble. They loaded heavy boxes and furniture and then safely delivered them to their destination. You get updates and confirmations every step of the way, so Highly recommended !!

We had a great and efficient experience. While traffic was not helpful and delayed the vans journey, we were kept up to date and our driver made unpacking the van quick and helpful!

I used the services for moving house twice, and would use again if I move. Great service, efficient move, no issues. Would recommend to a friend.

The move was made so much easier due to the great service from Matthew. He was very helpful and was such a great help and assistant throughout our move. Moving can be a stressful process but Matthew really helped us as much as he could and we're very grateful. Would definitely recommend!

They cancelled a few hours before the time to move my items. They said they would provide a refund but after 2 weeks they started to ignore my messages
