Best friends until you sign the contract and only downwards from there.
Sales is deceptive and lies about how far away is workshop to get repeatable flaws on the rented bike fixed.
Materials on the bike a of poor quality.
Administration is a nightmare. I talked with 3-4 different people who don’t share information between so you end up with double invoices, wrong invoices etc.
Note that to get your bike picked up from the store it will cost you 50e for one way and be certain that you will have to get your bike fixed due to poor quality.
Don’t bother leasing the bike not worth the headache!
