The gentleman who came to drop off my kia sportage was so lovely friendly and helpful. he did a test drive with me and was very calm and explained everything perfectly. honestly was a great experience and such a smooth hassle free handover of the hire vehicle.

Everyone I spoke to over the time my car was being mended were helpful. Sadly it took longer than expected due to authorisation from a company in between QDOS and the garage. However QDOS and the Junction garage got onto the company holding the work order up and they were successful. Car returned 4 weeks later. It took roughly just over 6 weeks for everything to be sorted.
It was nice to have another car to drive however if I was 30 years younger it would’ve been a dream to drive an MG… but I love my small car and know how to handle her!

This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My van got ran into ( someone swerving out of there lane) dash cam footage to prove. So thought this process would be simple it took over a month to get anything sorted I never received a replacement vehicle similar to my own, they got my van repaired in Blackburn even though I was in Cornwall, they do not properly check the damage and send it to a third party engineer who just looks at pictures, all they do is blame someone else in there department when they can’t help you, after getting the repairs they give my van back with no fuel even though had half a tank, it has clearly not been repaired properly and am now having more issues that are clearly related to the crash and trying to get this sorted has been impossible.

Never use this company!! If your insurnace puts you through to them do not accept this !

They were brilliant help when my car got hit, sorted all the repairs out, hire car, absolutely amazing service!!

It took a few months to get the result but at no fault of QDOS, third party were the pain but they guided me and was helpful throughout. I do wish there was a little more communication but hard to communicate on their side when they have no updates to give or they are awaiting responses. Can’t fault them though. Very happy with the results especially as they had all the evidence to keep pushing for the result we got in the end.

Great company and dealt with my claim so quickly and professionally.

Great customer service, they were constantly in contact with me to give me feedback about getting my hire car and repairing my car. I got my hire car quickly and my car body work was done and returned to me in good time.

Please do not use this services. I have made multiple calls and sent many emails. Apparently there is no way to contact withe finance department!! I am waiting 10 months for my money!! THINK TWICE before using QDOSS ASSISTANCE!!!

Wasn’t sure about using a claims handling service but it all worked out great.

The communication was very efficient and the repair was done locally at my preferred body shop and the quality of repair was really good and it was completed very quickly.

My broker recommended me to use QDOS Assistance after I had a not my fault accident.
My first impression was it was great that I could call them and tell them what happened and get a claims number even though it was late in the evening.
They told me they take calls 24/7 which was reassuring .

The next day I had an email asking for pictures of my damage, which I sent in by whatapp.
A few days later they arranged a date for a garage to pick up my car and another company then called me to drop off a hire car.

It was all really quick efficient but there was quite alot of phone calls arranging everything.
Although I suppose that there was a lot to organise.

Overall , I'd give them a 5 star rating for the service.
I didn't have any problems and it seemed a slick operation

Good service gave me a good car easy communication

They fulfiled and completed what they had promised in the situation when I was helpless what to do after accident by other’s fault. I could go on with working and finally I received my car back repaired perfectly. I think that we customers do need these sort of services.

Horrendous customer service. Allways on hold to be told nobody can help and no management available -ever.

Months gone by and nothing. If you end up with these lot handling your settlement - good luck

Absolutely terrible company. 2 years on from a non fault accident we still haven't had a full pay out even though they told is in july they have got the funds and just need to send them to us.
You can never get through to them the phone cuts off after 15 mins. They promise call back and you don't get them. We have submitted complaints and heard nothing. Don't know what else to do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Above & beyond service

Excellent service, car was delivered promptly! A very friendly staff in particular Andy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Qdos again.
