Absolutely love this apartment and the company. The staff are amazing,friendly and so accommodating. It’s not often you still have such good customer service nowadays. The apartments themselves are the best value for money you can get in Cannes. They are magnificent with attention to detail, clean, spacious and have every amenity needed and more. Location is unbeatable.

Stayed for a week in one of the apartments. The staff were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Thoroughly recommend these guys - Also very flexible options for groups as we had a whole floor to ourselves with a common area.

Skip the hotels and head directly to book with Qautio. Claus and his staff are absolutely SUBERB! From the warm welcome of meeting you at the apartment with keys to restaurant recommendations (Claus knows all the best, local places), Quatio is the way to go for Cannes accommodations. You will not be disappointed and will receive service that beats out any 5 start hotel.

This flat was one of the best I've stayed in at Cannes. Beautifully renovated and in a primo location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Another year over and I cannot say enough about Quatio and Claus and Corinne. I have had the pleasure of working with them for almost 10 years and trust them with my biggest client. This year we tested them with requests up until the festival started and they always had a solution for me. I would not work with anyone else in the South of France for events of his calibre.

I love working with QAUTIO. The flat options range from cosy studios right in the heart of Cannes to opulent two story duplexes with gorgeous sea views.
The service that Claus and his team provides is impeccable. Wifi a bit slow? Claus will provide a hot spot. Can't figure out the lock to the door? Claus will arrive within moments to walk you through it. Need a restaurant recommendation? Claus is a wealth of information for all the best spots.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about QAUTIO.

I really had an amazing experience renting this apartment!
It was very clean, very bright, lot of space and 2 huge terrasses...just perfect to relax and enjoy the seaview or sunset in front of the apartment. By walk we could easily go to the beach, restaurants or shopping in la croisette street. Claus was a very nice host and was very available. I would recommend without hesitate this apartment and his host "Claus".

I have been traveling abroadly for the last 15 years and stayed in many hotels and furnished apartments. However, during the last 15 years, I have never encountered such top notch apartment. The quality of furniture is nothing but exceptionally amazing. Not to mention the warm welcome from the host. Location of apartment is in the center of Cannes.

The location is key despite some noise from the street. This has been discussed already.
Impeccable apartment and decoration.
The lack of elevator in the building was readible dealt with which was highly appreciated.
