First time to be in the shop, overehelming for me. Too many types of facial serums and face creams. The female sales clerk was very helpful and friendly. I purchased a toner, serum and face cream with spf on her recommendations. I am really liking the products I bought. Will definitely buy more before it rans out.

This store stocks a great selection of products. Personally, they have brands that I love, so I could find a lot of things I wanted or needed. But overall, the personnel was wonderful. They were attentive and helpful in every moment and answered all my questions. 100% would recommend!

Great time at the Edinburgh store opening
Had a lovely experience at the opening of the new Edinburgh store. It was very busy and there was a queue to get in but the staff were doing a great job managing the queue, while ensuring that the store wasn't rammed. Once I was in the staff were the right amount of present and ready to help but not overwhelming you when your browsing. Got a free facemask for signing up to the newsletter. Also got an Amuse lip oil, pore softener and torrin toner - all three products have been brilliant and I will be repurchasing.
