Great service provided when I had an issue with my battery.
The guys who visited my site were very competent and resolved the issue with no fuss.
In addition the communication with the customer service department was excellent throughout and they where quick to respond and follow up with all queries raised.

Alice Shea gave me excellent service with no hassles at all. She booked an engineer to replace our faulty battery in no time. No question asked. Thank you Alice, you can tell your boss you deserve a rise in salary!!

I’ve been dealing with PUREDRIVE for nearly 2 years now and they have been on hand whenever I have needed their assistance. Whether it be technical or general advice they have always come through. Shout out to Oliver Tingle who has easily jumped on a video call or arranged a site visit if need be without hesitation. Fantastic company, great after service and a pleasure to deal with

Oliver was great he listened to my concern and helped me make a few adjustments to the system. All electronic systems sometimes have hiccups and its how the company employees handle it that makes it a good experience. Puredrive and Solis seemed to have the right people. Well done lads.

Tobias was a great help in sorting my issues.

Pavel was pretty much on time and did the job needed. Just one issue which may not be his responsibility. Neither he nor the company reset the algorithm for my Octopus tariff so I had to phone up Puredrive and get that done. It will have cost me a few pence. Maybe £1 so not such a big issue.

Fantastic customer service from Puredrive (Oliver) who quickly diagnosed my issue and arranged an engineer to visit me in less than a week. Pavel arrived after a long day and took his time to complete the work to a very high and tidy standard. System all working perfectly again, thanks guys

Georgii and his predecessor Tim of customer services initiated actions which required two visits from the field team resulting in a successful resolution to the fault with the controller to our 10kw Puredrive AC battery.

I contacted Puredrive to help when my electricity bills were high. I have 20 kWh of battery storage. They were very understanding and agreed to do a site inspection. Their engineer arrived took his time to explain to me what he was doing and changed a few cables and reset the system. Since then I have seen a huge difference in my usage from the grid. Puredrive have been wonderful in keeping in touch and are now helping me with the Puredrive app.
I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 for customer support.

I had an issue with the mobile application and left request on the company page. Shortly I was contacted by Alice and she was able to help me with my issue in no time.

Had a great experience dealing with Alice , customer service at its best. Alice took the time to understand my problem and then dealt with it in a very professional way.

Owen was most helpful on sorting out my problems with my solar inverter and battery’s all ways respond to my emails and was at the end of the phone if needed

Great end-to-end service as always with the Puredrive team.

Wrote to Puredrive regarding my system showing 0% battery and then followed up with a phone call. Spoke to Ollie and he asked me to forward the email. I did this and he was quick and efficient and sorted the problem in 10 mins.

Apps are designed to be helpful and sometimes their upgrading can cause issues but to be fair PureDrive have emailed and responded to queries in good time. the update did cause some issues with charging and discharging at scheduled times but hey, they apologised reasonably quickly. In an ideal world they might have predicted the impact of an upgrade and warned users in advance but life's not always like that. I like the App and it's one of the few I regularly go to to check on the performance of my solar generation, grid use, state of charge etc.
