Phoned back in quick time. Very helpful, no sales pitch. But I have positive experience of their service when my father passed away. So glad he had a Pure Cremation plan in place, took away a lot of additional stress. Their team where fantastic. Don't put this off. Peace of mind now, and for your family.

My experience was very pleasant. The lady was kind and helpful and answered my questions very thoroughly. She took me through everything and answered any extra questions I had very thoughtfully. She gave me great confidence in choosing Pure Cremation. I discussed it with my family and they were all for it. Such a relief they won’t have to worry when the time comes.

Very easy to set up the funeral plan
Very easy to set up the funeral plan. I spoke to a really nice member of your staff when setting the plan up he made the experience so easy, kind and supportive. All the staff I have spoken to are excellent . Takes a weight of my mind knowing all the details are now sorted out.
