The plan was so easy to set up by telephone. The telephone is answered immediately so no waiting on hold. The Customer Service representatives are excellent in terms of knowledge, friendliness and compassion. Every query was answered. The documents arrived ahead of time. I cannot recommend them enough.

I did not feel pressurised into…
I did not feel pressurised into purchasing the funeral plan with explained fully to me and sent to both myself and my husband.
My husband has been named as the individual who will initiate the actions to take when I pass away I feel reassured by this.
Although this is not a nice subject to discuss with anyone, I am happier knowing that this is taken care of.
I would recommend this Company if I was asked to recommend a Company prepaid funeral.

I like the product
I like the product, the staff (Chris Phillips) were friendly, helpful and efficient.
There was a slight problem with me receiving the paperwork but I'm sure that has now been resolved.
