Do not use this company

Do not use this company.
I needed the speedy delivery and paid an extra £7.50 for this. The product never arrived on time and then was taken to a local collection point (which was difficult to then collect). When I complained to Pulsin, their response was totally unacceptable/negligent and said the delivery problem was with DPD and not them. I will NEVER use them again and will warn others against them.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I have had exactly the same experience as all the other one star reviewers. The product I ordered never arrived. Several weeks later and customer services have stopped responding to my messages - I requested a refund, but it has not been forthcoming. A total waste of my time - and money!

Same as others recently

Same as others recently. Paid £50 for snack bars in September and got a message from DPD saying they had received order confirmation but not the product, I have heard nothing since. Left a message using form on the Internet. Called and was on hold for a whole hour only to be patched through to voicemail after exactly 1 hour! Currently on hold for 40 minutes so thought might as well write this review. Something is very wrong and it looks like they are taking money with no intention of delivering?
Update no one answered call after 50 mins so gave up.

Never received the product!!

I placed an order on the 19 August which I never received. After a few weeks, I sent a message through their website to which they did not reply or addressed the issue. I also called their phone number but obviously they don’t answer their phone either. Two months latter I still haven't received the product, nor given my money back and have just opened a dispute through Paypal.
Don't buy from this company, they don't send the products you paid for, and you end up wasting a lot of time and money! There are lots of companies out there that actually serve their customers and do what they say.

Apologies you have not had a great experience of late. It is definitely not what we want. We have unfortunately had some bedding in issues with our new warehouse which has caused a back log on our orders at the moment.

It is correct we have been having some issues with PayPal. Hence why we have taken the option to pay via this method currently offline and a banner is on the website.
We are actively working directly with PayPal to get this issue resolved.

i never received my products

i never received my products , they said they couldnt refund due to a paypal problem ,, this was not true do not buy from this company

What’s going on? Will request a chargeback from my bank!

What’s going on? I used to buy protein power from this company for many years, but something has clearly changed: I placed an order on 14 September and did not receive any confirmation of when the product would be delivered. After chasing one week later, I was advised that there had been a chance of warehouse - ok, fine, but why not communicate this in advance?

Still no update on when I will receive the product (for which I have paid £50+). I have since required a refund and cancellation of the order. If I do not hear anything within 48 hours, I will take steps to request a chargeback from my bank.

Update: I did eventually receive a refund, but only once I gave Pulsin notice that I would initiate a chargeback. Very poor communication, wasted too much time with this business when there are more customer-centric alternatives out there.

Never received product, hideous experience!

Purchased the pea protein powder direct from Pulsin and it never arrived. Sent emails to Pulsin via their direct website contact form and also called their customer service department and held on the phone for periods of up to an hour each time and never got through. Beware of this company. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card for this purchase. Hideous experience and a total waste of my time.

Absolutely great. I was a little worried wether the company was legit as I could only find one review on Trustpilot. Also they aren’t registered with feefo anymore. On top of this, if you are buying bulk, they offer a big discount. (Much cheaper than any other sites) But they are genuine, and the delivery was super, I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. Very happy with my purchase.

The best natural whey isolate

The best natural whey isolate on the market, at the time of writing. Although it is expensive it contains no fillers or unnecessary additives. I've also bought boxes of Pulsin's bars and the two types I've tried have been great.
