I’ve not even joined them yet and I already smell something fishy! They’re telling me there’s a 100 day money back guarantee but you can’t click it to find out more and there’s NO mention on their website about it..

I have been using their omega 3…

I have been using their omega 3 softgels for a few months and the pain in my right knee has gone. I also contacted the Company to delay delivery of my subscription for two weeks and my request was dealt with promptly. Great product and great customer service.

Excellent customer service and flexibility

I decided to try this collagen because it has the new type in it and went for the unflavoured version to use in my coffee.
Unfortunately, this was not unflavoured at all and works in savour dishes so I emailed the company and they kindly send me the mango version to try instead. It's quite strong flavoured and I'm hoping they bring our a pineapple version instead.!
Customer service has been excellent though. I really can't fault them. They reply quickly and have been so helpful and understanding; trying to find what works best for me with no issues at all.

Ordered Omega 3 which i like

Ordered Omega 3 which i like, there is no horrible fishy taste and they are easy to swallow. The problem i have is they have teordered the product on subscription way before i need another batch. I go onto my account and there are no orders showing, or subscriptions yet £22.95 has been taken from my account today. I am going round and round and round in circles trying to see account details, trying to amend the subscription. A GREAT PRODUCT Yet AGAIN SPOILT BY UNDERHANDED SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERRIBLE SNEAKY WEBSITES THAT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE!!!! I still havent managed to amend frustrated to say the least!! for this reason a 2 star review for a not great website. Update; the company have reached out and offered some discount, which is great. It is unclear whether I have a paused subscription or not because i have two seperate emails from the company. As stated the product is great but the website is terrible to navigate. I have upped the stars to three and will update again once i understand the next steps.

Improved skin and nails with Complete Collagen

I signed up for Complete Collagen on a three monthly subscription at the end of summer 2025. I have noticed a big difference in the strength of my nails which normally become brittle and flaky over winter. Also in the past I have suffered mild psoriasis in the colder months but since taking a daily dose of collagen this hasn't appeared. Although initially the packaging didn't protect the collagen powder from moisture, which resulted in serious clumping, this issue has now been resolved and the powder stays fresh all month.

10/10 customer services 👏

Having initially been unsatisfied with the delayed response - nothing fishy followed up and completely turned it around, a refund for the unwanted items and an alternative to try as well as a gesture of good will with an additional product! I would happily purchase from this company again based on their supplements - looking forward to trying the collagen in another flavour too,

So difficult to cancel a subscription!!!

After exhausting every avenue to try and cancel my subscription, I’m still no further forward!!! The website clearly states, a no obligation subscription policy that is easy to cancel. What a load of rubbish!! Please someone from Nothing Fishy explain to me how to cancel my subscription.

Orders

I must say the product is absolutely amazing - Omega 3 Plant base softgels.
But the ordering and customer services could be alot better.
I ordered some Omega 3 in December 2025, then in January 2026 another order arrived. I did not subscribe to ongoing orders.
Tried to contact the company, said they would respond in 48 hours. No communication at all about my unexpected order.
I logged into my account there are no current active subscriptions orders!
I don't know when you order, is there an automatic subscription? You need to manage this on your account. But there is no notification that you are on an ongoing order system.
I have cancelled my automatic payment with PayPal, so this company can't send me unwanted orders! Absolutely terrible! Plus I have emailed the company twice to ensure they are aware: Dont Send ME Anymore Orders! Without me actually placing the order!

Brilliant company

Brilliant company. I made a slip up when I ordered last time and customer services have been amazing sorting it out for me in a way no other company would have done because I am a loyal customer. Also they are now producing a new product which I have been looking for and that is a vegan Collagen . I have only just started taking it so can't say how it is working yet.

Fortitude required to cancel!

The product and service is ok, but the cancellation process and workflow is abhorrent, and I only stuck with it to see how obfuscated they could make it. Trying to cancel on safari/iOS is nigh on impossible where buttons are hidden under pop ups or chat banners and only by changing to landscape, zooming out etc can you get to the cancel screen. It then sends you through multiple labyrinthine levels of are you sure, are you sure you’re sure before allowing you to cancel. For a so called ethical company, this has really left a bitter taste.

Collegen is revolting

Nothing wrong with their classic supplements (a bit pricey but hopefully the extra cost benefits the ocean).
I tried the unflavoured pack of collegen. It came with residue on it like water had got in. I complained and they sent me the mango one for free. So good customer service. But they said the old one was safe to eat so I tried it. And it was shockingly awful, like eating mould or something, just tasted like something gone bad. After a few days I threw it away.
Then I tried the mango one, which was a lot better. But still had goo at the top. However, not long after it’s all incredibly clumpy, just wet balls. And tastes pretty awful in porridge.
I could take a picture but Trust Pilot doesn’t take them. And their own website does not allow reviews (yet has testimonials).
Also what’s misleading is that they talk like they’re the only vegan collegen out there and they invented it. But VeCollal has been available for a while (from another company), Feel supplements have used it for years!
Last but not least they could have done something different like putting it in pill form but they went for horrible tasting powder.
I missed the deadline to add additional information, so sounds like the review will get taken down.

Have definetly got better on the customer service side. Had issues in the past but came back as their omega 3 capsules were the only ones ive tried that i could see a difference in. Decided to resub on that basis and included the marine magnesium as it came up as a deal. Customer services also sorted me out with extra jars for free, and responded within 24 hours. So yeah so far so good.
