Horrible service. Cancelled order well beforfe shipping from lack of any email response. finally responded when I requested to cancel order. But, refused to cancel. Even before label was made. Now I have to pay expensive restocking fee AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. DON'T RISK IT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!

Canceled one item in my order and sent out the other item without asking first. (Items go together). When I went to return item (that I didn't want without the item which was canceled), I was not only charged for the return shipping but was also charge a restocking fee. My refund was only 50% of what I paid for the item that I didn't want after the other item was canceled by the merchant

If you are in a hurry for your scrubs, DO NOT order from this company. According to my order, I should have received it within 5 to 7 days. I emailed customer service, and my order was finally shipped 12 days after my purchase.

I ordered two pairs of scrubs from this business on January 8th. On January 20th I received an email saying that my order was en route. The following day I received an email from customer service, informing me that half of my order (the two pairs of pants) were discontinued and that I would be refunded. I tried to initiate a return of the (now useless) scrub tops when they arrived, and had difficulty getting a response from customer service. When I finally received a response I was told that I could return the tops but would be charged a 20% restocking fee?! I replied to their email stating that I believe I should be refunded fully, considering the fact that they took my money for a discontinued item that they advertised as in stock, then they shipped half of my order before informing me that the pants were discontinued, which left me no choice but to pay a 20% restocking fee, or keep two scrub tops that do not have pants to go along. I have now been waiting more than a week for a reply. Really deceptive business practices, and really awful customer service.

I’ve ordered several times from Pulse Uniform, and I’m honestly impressed every time! Their medical scrubs fit perfectly, feel soft, and look super professional. The color options are amazing, and I always get compliments at work. Shipping was quick, and the prices are way better than what I find in stores. Highly recommend Pulse Uniform if you want quality scrubs without spending a fortune.

Please do not waste your time. Pulse never shipped my order. I never received any information. Pulse did not issue a refund. And they do not communicate unless you are really persistent. After they get your payment, they forget all about you.

Reading other reviews, it seems the customer service is subpar. We already knew the sizethat fit and what color we wanted, we were just ordering more of the same. It was a better price here than anywhere else, so we gave it a shot. Ordered it on Nov 30th, it arrived by USPS Dec 10th. Exactly what we ordered, in new condition, everything was correct. Happy with our experience, but we never had to attempt to contact customer service.

Used paypal to order two scrub tops. Got nothing from company, no confirmation email, no itemized receipt and no tracking information.

Great and easy to use website. Great service and on time shipping and also their embroidery rates are very good and they offer free shipping as well. Their customer support is extremely friendly and cooperative.

Bought a scrub set. The set is very comfortable with little to no ironing required after laundering.
