I ordered items listed in stock over 3 weeks ago, and have yet to receive anything. I emailed to check the status of the order and have yet to get a reply from that either. This occurred once before and they said it was a stock issue; however, based on the reviews, it seems that this is a THEM issue. I will not be ordering from Scrubs & Beyond again and will be cancelling this order ASAP.

Placed online order, did not hear about my order for almost a month, when I finally contacted the company online they reported that they canceled my order, with no evidence of repayment to my credit card. Will never order from again. Horrible.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order on June 24, 2026. It's currently July 11 and I haven't received my order nor have I been notified that it's even been shipped. I e mailed them twice. First time they said my order was still in the parameters of being on time? I have yet to receive a reply to my second email. I wish I would have known how horrible their' customer service is because I would have ordered from a different company. This is bizarre...it's been a long, long time since I've had such terrible service and poor manners from a company. I'm switching to a different uniform company. There's far better companies who actually care about their' customers.

No stars if possible. I ordered a set of scrubs on June 18. It is now July 9 and the order still says pending. I could only email and ask for a cancellation on my order because there's no phone number or chat available. They not only didn't cancel my order but tried to charge me again. I had to call my bank and have them credit my account. Horrible service.

I would give a ZERO I could! This company is an absolute joke! Long shipping times, no communication….blaming their long shipping dates on ‘warehouse moving’ when I look back on former reviews they were having the same issues 2 years ago. I will never order from them again. Ordered scrubs almost a month ago and still haven’t received them!! The best part is they closed headquarters so you can’t talk to anyone, all communication is done through email. Don’t hold your breath for a response! Pathetic!!!
DON'T ORDER
Don't, especially if you need a receipt. As a business, I had to document my purchase with a receipt, the hold they placed on my credit card doesn't match the cost so I asked for a receipt. April, I started requesting it and still the end of June, I have nothing. Now they claim the hold is all they can give me because the payment never went through. So we called, paid over the phone, I have the email confirmation. They emailed back said they have no phone payment because they don't take phone payments. I have the email! Also you cant speak to a person live, the only option is email which sometimes takes weeks to get a response. So we waited a month for scrubs that I have been fighting them over every since. Just save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.
Dishonest and Incompetent
My order took almost 2 months to deliver. They promised a partial refund but never gave it. Found additional charges for orders I didn’t make. No customer service available. Had to dispute the charges through my bank. Shady company that steals from those stupid enough to be their customer.

ordered scrubs. they sent half the order and an email saying "I" canceled the rest. I never canceled anything, they did. then since I had a discount code, they no longer honored that discount to the stuff they did send.
there is no customer service, they don't reply to messages and when you call there is an automated message that states they move to an all digital service no phone available
what a joke of customer service and of a company. stay away unless you want problems

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, never received most of the order when I called to cancel it they said they can’t guarantee cancellation, and that someone would reach out to me via email regarding their decision. When I asked what happened to the order he said its just delayed. Meanwhile I have received no communication regarding it being delayed for the past 11 days. The one thing that did arrive was not pleasant. I will be returning it and of course they charge you $5 to send it back. I will never order from them again. Horrible experience, better off starting the new job with a scrub top from goodwill and save myself the hassle of all of this.
I’ve had a horrible experience with… No Updates, No Help, No Accountability
I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. I’ve been waiting on my shipping order with no updates at all. I had to call them myself just to find out what was going on, and even then, they were no help. I asked if they could reship or at least expedite it, and they refused to do anything—no solutions, no accountability.
This used to be my go-to store, but not anymore. I didn’t want to shop elsewhere, but they left me with no option. I ended up ordering from FIGS and Fabletics, and thankfully my scrubs from them arrived quickly, exactly as promised.
It’s honestly disappointing. A company should at least communicate with its customers, but I received zero updates until I reached out myself. That’s unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Very long delivery times
Placed my order 3/23/26. As of 4/13/26 I haven’t received my order. Long delivery times. Might as well deal with Mandala or Figs who have quicker delivery times. I mean scrub and beyond scrubs cost just as much if not more. No advantage in ordering from scrubs&beyond. I will stick with my Mandala scrubs.
Absolute WORST company to order from
Absolute WORST company to order from! I placed two orders and both times it took so long for them to ship out. We are medical workers and don’t have time to wait WEEKS for scrubs. Very disappointed and their customer service is basically flippant and just shrug you off and say, oh well! I would rather buy scrubs from anywhere else than this company!
Update: I ended up cancelling both orders through their chat. It took about three days! They still hadn’t shipped. Also, looked at the reviews in their website and noticed they are dated for MAY 2026! We are only in March so how’s that possible. Everything with this company is fraudulent!! I ended up ordering the same two sets of scrubs from Amazon in the same size and color and they were $30 cheaper and are coming in 2 days!! Do not order from this company!
Scrubs & Beyond Has the worst reward…
Scrubs & Beyond Has the worst reward system. Customers can only use a maximum of $25 reward points in a single transaction. Also, rewards earned online cannot be used in the physical store. Rewards points don’t cover the shipping cost, and customers have to reach a $75 minimum to get a free shipping. The points expire in less than a year.
I contacted the customer service and unfortunately I did not get any help.

Doesnt send order for 3 months, only sent top and wont refund for it. Charges card weekly then deletes charge, send marketing txt and email 10 times a day

Very disappointed. Be careful of the sales or clearance specials...while the site says take an additional 50% off clearance items, that only applies to certain colors or certain sizes...very misleading! Also, I placed an order on 12/17 for several items on sale or clearance. Over 17 days later only 2 out of 9 items have been received, the rest are in "process" and haven't even shipped due to an issue with their supplier having decided to no longer sell these particular brands through their website. However, these items still show as being available on their website!!! I have several hundred dollars tied up and there has been no proactive communication to me about this issue. I have had to continue to write or call and they have now escalated the situation to their support team for review. No one can tell me how long a review will take! Very disappointed in online ordering through their website.
Zero Stars Find Another Vendor
Zero Stars. 5 business days passed and my package was still not on the way. I had a very important meeting and needed my order. I ordered in plenty of time 3 weeks prior to the event. First I went to the chat for help. F told me it should be picked up that day. I checked FEDEX. Nothing. I went back to chat the next day, and P tells me that the issue will be escalated. I called. Was told there was nothing else that could be done since it was already escalated and the agent asked me “is there anything else”. Do not order from this company. My hard earned money just sat there, while scrubs&beyond did JACK about it!! I missed my chance to present myself as professional as I could dealing with this thoughtless organization!!
