Arrived on time for new front tyres
Tyres fitted straight away no problems, nice and easy. GREAT.

Went for a service and MOT, needed some tyres replacing, great price and done within a few hours. Always friendly and talk to you like a person without over complicating everything.

The service overall was good. The only downside was the time it took to do the job. Booked in advanced with a time slot, which was half hour over. And well over an hour to complete. Not a complaint just a observation.

Easy to search and book a tyre fitting. Large selection of tyres for all price ranges. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I ordered two new tyres for my Jeep from Protyre & booked a slot at my nearest centre, ordering was easy & I made my payment online.

Went to the centre a little early but the guys got on with changing my tyres straight away, new tyres fitted & balanced, payment taken when the job was completed & off I go.

My experience of Protyre is a professional job done & I also had a £20. Discount for two tyres which was a great bonus on top of there competitive original price.

Brilliant service from these guys, I booked & payed for two tyres online.
I turned up a bit early for my appointment but they got on with replacing two tyres for me straight away.
I'm very pleased with the work done, I definitely will be returning when I need more tyres.

Grant is the manager there he is brilliant, and the fitter did a few other things for me as part of the process, Only place I go to now and great prices specially on Falcon Tyres.

I booked a platinum service for my Nissan Elgrand a week or so before the date of the service, I was surprised that the staff had not researched the specific requirements of this clearly imported car. Likewise I mentioned the bonnet was not releasing and the windscreen washer reservoir was empty, this was reported by me the day before the service was due.
When I collected it later that day I noted the steering wheel alignment was canted off level, the receptionist asked me to bring it back - I did, to find out they didn't know the wheel alignment criteria for my vehicle and must have guessed.
I operated the windscreen washer to find it was still empty, I attempted to fill it up only to find the bonnet release was still not working - i checked the schedule of services shown in the invoice report to find that these matters should have been covered in the platinum service.

I looked to see if the Doors had been lubricated, they hadn't.

I took it back to get it sorted - the chap on the reception desk confirmed the matters I raised had been missed by the technician, it begged the obvious question 'What else had been missed out?'

For a service costing nearly £500 I am left wondering whether all that should have been done was attended to as covered by the checklist.

All in all far from a satisfactory experience.

Initially failed my MOT claiming one of my tyre treads was too low & seemed very keen to sell me a new tyre even though not of the same quality as the other tyres on my car. Garage I then went to for a new tyre felt the tyre in question wasn't so bad as to fail an MOT, so be wary of Protyre looking for opportunities to upsell & be clear what really needs doing before blindly accepting the advisories

Warning to local drivers: This garage appears to have significant operational issues. I pre-paid for a fitting, but they were unable to provide the service because every single one of their machines was allegedly broken. It is baffling that a tyre garage would allow three machines to fail simultaneously while still accepting online bookings. Now, I am stuck waiting 5 days for a refund. Between the equipment neglect and the clear lack of management, I cannot recommend this place. No effort made to save (customer) wasted journey.
